      Design Homes does it again! This is my second property with Design Homes and I couldn't be happier. The attention to details throughout their homes set this builder apart from others in the area. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future- truly a gem in the Dayton area. Very pleased that whether or not you are designing your own home or choosing one of the beautiful market ready homes that the same outstanding customer care is provided!

      We love our third new Design Homes and the team that helped us build it! It's something special when your personal ethos make you want to build a great home for your clients. You take it to another level when you have an uncompromising goal of making your customers happy. It transitions a professional builder-client relationship into something so much more personal. This is how we feel about Laura, Lisa, Tim, and Adam. They are more than key members of a stellar Design Homes' staff; we consider them our friends. We've built three Design Homes over the past 8 years and each one is progressively better. This third home is drop-dead gorgeous and the process to get to the finished product was smooth, relatively stress free, and extremely supportive. The DH team accommodated our many changes and offered great ideas from start to finish - don't think we could have selected a better builder! Many thanks to Shery and her wonderful team.

      We just purchased our first home together with Design Homes and couldn’t be happier. First of all the home is absolutely gorgeous, the attention to detail is perfect. Lisa was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We walked through the home several times and she was always available to answer any questions. The showing hours were very convenient on weekends for our working hours. We fell in love with two spec homes and had a very hard time deciding. At closing we were given a builders binder which is so helpful, it had all materials on information for the home. We were so impressed with every step of our purchase.

      Design Homes exceeded our expectations throughout the entire home building process. From the beginning, their team was incredibly attentive to our needs and desires for our dream home. They listened to our ideas and helped us bring them to life, while also offering their own expertise to ensure that every detail was just right.
      The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every detail, from the finishes to the fixtures, is the highest quality and apparent in every room of the house.

      Our experience buying our first home with design homes has been incredible! Tori, Angela, Lisa, Adam, Rodney, and Gail are wonderful staff that helped make the whole process smooth. We love our community! Peaceful atmosphere with great neighbors, nice club house and a beautiful pool. The quality of the products used in the house are very high and attractive. Rooms are designed spacious and with large backyard. Over all this is a great place to live in and we are very much satisfied purchasing our first house with design homes.
