      This is a scam. They collect your public LLC info and then send a threatening letter that your LLC registration payment is due or your LLC license will be revoked. They then tell you to pay through their web sight and charge exorbitant fees after you give them all sorts of pertinent info. The letter preys on peoples fear and the chance you do not read it carefully. Just pay your state LLC to your state. I'm in VA and they are located in Ohio???

      I received a letter in the mail indicating my annual statement for one of my LLCs was passed due as of February of this year (2025) in big letterhead and bold print. The letter however indicated if I had already filed my annual statement to disregard in smaller font within the letter. I questioned this as I typically renew as early as possible to avoid forgetting. I checked on our state's website and sure enough, I had renewed last year for 2025. The letter continued to press that you should file your annual statement as soon as possible and any LLC that doesn't file could incur fees and penalties. I'm in Michigan, our fee is $25/year. This company was charging $200 plus requesting you provide the login information to my state's newal website. This company essentially renews the LLC name on your behalf if you want them to. This letter was very misleading and could certainly catch people off guard. It made be question things for sure given the nature of the letter. Becare and always check with your state on the status of your LLC if you have questions. :)

      Don't be fooled! This company underhandedly tries to make you think they are your state agency. Mailings look very legitimate and you think they are the state agency reminding you to complete your filings online. Only in very fine print do they clarify that they are not your state agency.

      Shame on you, New Business Filing LLC!!!!!!!

      Predatory shysters. Keep away, file a complaint against them through your attorney general and the BBBl. They are not affiliated with any state governmental agency.

      Absolute SCAM. I have been in business a long time. This is a predatory company looking to rip off new business owners. Don't fall for it.

      This is a scam. This company sent me a letter threatening that my business would be dissolved. I already filed through the state. The state sends annual statements to your email on file. This company is trying to scam people into paying more to file information for them. They are a filing service parading as the official state filing system.

      Deceiving business practices bordering fraud.
      Received a letter in the mail to our office stating that
      "The Annual Statement for ***** LLC is PAST DUE.
      ***** LLC may be dissolved or revoked if the Annual Statement is not filed within the grace period.
      Scan this QR code to file or go to Busfile.org/MI2025."

      The layout of the letter and other print is intentionally designed to mimic real State of MI letters and communication.
      They do hide their statement at the bottom of the letter, in the third sentence of a fine print paragraph, that they are not affiliated with any government office
      I wouldn't use this company to order paperclips from, let alone touch anything related to your business.

      This company is a scummer, they take money from hard working Americans and say they done you a service, read the fine print at the bottom of the page. its the legal jargon they use to hide behind a attorney. You do not need them to start a business or register or pay your LLC. Brittney is a pos.

      Predatory company looking to take advantage of those new to owning a business. They charge an insane processing fee.
