      This company somehow got my info after i renewed my LLC. They emailed me without consent and their email looks as if you have to comply with what they are selling in order to keep your llc in good standing. Not needed, comes off as a complete scam, and not a way to do proper business.

      We have spoken with you on multiple occasions and explained that we never sent any email to you until after you placed an order with our company. We are sorry you are unhappy. We certainly dont scam anyone, we simply offer a service, which you ordered. Then after it was completed, you asked to be refunded in full despite the state fees we paid on your behalf, essentially avoiding paying the fees altogether. We tried to work with you, and unfortunately were unable to come to a reasonable conclusion.

      This company is very misleading. I was on the LARA web site and this company pops up and says click here to renew your LLC, which I did. The normal fee for a renewal is $25 and they charged me $150. It turns out, my Partner/Brother had received the Renewal in the mail and had just mailed in the $25. I emailed New Business Filing, LLC and informed them of this and their reply was "If the Annual Statement for K2 Investment Properties LLC had previously been filed then we would not have been able to submit that filing for you". Obviously they didn't read what I had wrote, the check has not even cleared or maybe not even arrived yet. I was told "A full refund for your order is not a possibility at this time as your request has been completed". Well then offer me the $100 you scammed me out of!! People need to know they are being scammed by this company and be very careful what buttons they push, even when they think they are on a Legitimate Government Web Site!! But then there is that also, Is there such thing as a Legitimate Government??

      We thank you for your feedback. LARA does not link to our site. We are a business that helps people with various business filings and tools. We do advertise, and you must have clicked on an ad to get to our site, we do not "pop up" anywhere, nor would we attempt to do so.
      Our expertise allow us to file much faster than the mail in process. We do charge for our service, and clearly state in bold print on our home page that we help you file with your secretary of state. Every page of our site states that we are not affiliated with any government office or agency. You are required to select the state in which you are registered as well as actively mark that you have read and agree to our terms of service, which clearly again states that we are a "privately owned entity and not affiliated with, or endorsed by any government agency."
      We did in fact file the report for the fee you agreed to pay. We are up front about our pricing, provide immediate receipts, and tell you to contact us if there are any issues with the information you provided. We are sorry to hear that you feel that our service is a scam when you came to us and requested a service that we subsequently provided much more quickly than your original attempt.

      This happened to me as well. I went to file an annual report in NJ and their site pops up before the official NJ site. I stupidly clicked, filled out the firm and was charged $200. I have no idea what they do for $200, but I still had to file my NJ annual report afterwards.

      Hello, and thank you for your comments. It looks like you submitted an order to us, and then filed the appropriate documents yourself. We saw that this had been done, and refunded your fees.
      We are a service, and we do advertise those services. However, submitting an order does not create an instant processing of the order, which is why you were still able to perform the service yourself.
      We are unsure what we have done that is wrong or why you would submit a negative review when you were refunded without even requesting a refund as we saw that your filing was already completed.

      This company is very misleading. I was on the Secretary of State Website and this company pops up and says click here to renew your LLC, which I did. The normal fee for a renewal is $25 and they charged me $150, they said it was for the service they provided. I did not want this service and tried to cancel. I called the manager of the company Joe Mocos and he said too late and too bad, very unprofessional. Other people need to know they are being scammed by this company and be very careful what buttons that you push.

      We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. You hung up on our representative before we could resolve your issue.
      As we do not participate any of the practices you reference, we are unable to modify what we do to better serve our customers. We do not have any "pop ups" on any sites, much less on the secretary of state site so perhaps you are referencing the incorrect company.
