      For 1 year rent was paid by ERAP LAST MONTH PAID WAS MAY 2022 screenshot provided for proof of payments. On May 15th got letter may rent wasn't received they claimed late fee was issue . My lease was up in April I asked for new lease but the person who does that quit working for vinebrook I was told threw text which I have saved so now I am getting charged 150 extra per month for month to month fee.so they took erap money for may and are still trying to charge me for may also. They are charging 150 extra for month to month because the person who does leases quit and my water was shut off for 4 days because they didn't pay sewage for months

      Dear resident,

      The late fees mentioned are valid and your Emergency Rental Assistance Program was paying them on your behalf. The outstanding balance was due to water bills that the program was not covering, and for which you failed to pay. As a result, you were place on a month-to-month status which incurred fees that were also not covered under the emergency program. We understand that now you have paid your outstanding water bill, and have water service in your home.

      Our lease was taking over by Vinebrook homes about a year ago and nothing but problems with this company ever since. We had several maintenance issues and there were solve quickly. Until our central air unit went out on July 6. Submitted a maintenance request. Waiting until Friday to call and find out if someone was coming to fix it. The last couple of weeks is been in the 90’s so the house is very hot. All I kept getting was (well we are the call center and all we can do is put in a request for someone to come out to your home). We had to go out and purchase a window unit and fans just to stay on the house. I received a text stated to someone would be out to fix our A/c. As you know no one came. Looked up the request I submitted and saw the the repair is on hold. Never late with our rent payment this is so unprofessional. I think it weird that we don’t have a phone number to contact someone in St. Louis. I don’t want to email someone about a problem they never respond to email anyway. I just want my A/c fix so I can sleep comfortably. They sent someone on July 13th to (Fix) the a/c but he didn’t fix it. Contact the company again to let them no and they cancel my work order. I’m tried of this.
