I am a current resident of vinebrook homes and I find that it is hard to get in touch with anyone there. Then when you get someone they talk down to you like you are dumb. For instance I have received a bill from the water company in the amount of 159.59 then I get a bill from there third party billing and it states 135.90. That is a 34.05 difference. So I place a call to only be told that there is a past due sewage charge of 647.05 that I have to pay. Excuse me, when I have paid each and every time the water bill is due. I was told that this happened all the time and there is nothing that can be done about this and no there is no one above that you can talk to to get this figured out. What in the hell is vinebrook doing. That is not my fault that there is a pass due sewage I paid all of my bills. They talk down to you and nothing is their fault. I am tired of this rental agency thinking that they can get away with this. I will be contacting a lawyer. I will not be paying that past due sewage. I paid my bills.Vinebrook Homes Ohio, LLC

I applied for a rental last night around 8pm and paid the application fee of 80$ since there were 2 applicants. It states this takes up to 2 days to be processed. This morning i checked to see any updates on the application around 10am and it said denied. I have called many times to figure out why i was denied since nothing was on my credit reports saying any credit records were even pulled by any kind of rental company. When i call they give me a number and it goes to the same automated system or the customer service email that no one responds to. I was also told no co-signers were allowed and if it was bad credit they would just ask for a higher deposit, which would’ve been no issue if i was given the chance since that was the only reason i went ahead and applied. Seems like they just stole my money that couldve paid for another application to a company that actually wanted my business.Vinebrook Homes Ohio, LLC

My mother passed I contacted them and let them know my mother passed away and I was going to be late paying my rent because I was dealing with the loss of my mother but I would be making a payment asap and mind you that was the only payment I owed they told me sorry for your loss and sent me a notice to leave they really don't give a s*** about you as a tenantVinebrook Homes Ohio, LLC

1 starVineBrooks Omaha is not good at all. Been here almost 5 years and they barely want to help with maintenance issues. We moved in the week of Christmas five years ago and the water heater went out and it took them a week to fix it and I said earlier I’m in Omaha, and it was below freezing. Now it’s a new property manager and I’m over standing that they are discriminating on me and my roommate. They always want rent but can’t properly fix anything, and said they won’t because it cost to much and they're not willing to move us. This company has been a headache ever since we moved in.They are buying all the house a up also, taking us like we’re stupid. This is crazy. DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM. WE MORE TENANT LAWERYS. Hello my name is Raven ***** me and my brother are renting a home through Vinebrook I have a 5 year old son and 4 week old son we have been living here a year this month November I’ve had a few incident we’re in the back room which is a add on room always leaks from the seeking when it rains and water comes up through the floor in which I have carpet all through my home I make the complaint to Vinebrook someone came out a Caucasian older guy put some white stuff in the outside off the door but it never stopped.Now it has gotten worse November 6,2024 it rained really hard my brother woke up to his whole room flooded with water then it started going to different parts of the house the livingroom and by the kitchen I called them the said they will send someone someone came out the same man and he said they will have to wait til it stop raving to see what’s wrong so we went the whole weekend using my carpet cleaner that I bought myself to keep trying to suck up the water in the carpet I’ve spent so much money on cleaning supplies to keep down the smell so my newborn want inhale it So Monday came which was Memorial Day a guy from maintenance callled to tell me he’s going to send someone out So today someone came out again from ther department to tell me it’s nothing they can do they will have to send out a contracted because there’s a leaking going on under the floor so now I’m really frustrate because me and my kids and go longer living in this condition inhaling the smell and keeping soaking up water that’s never coming up this is terrible and very uncomfortable
