      Have had no AC in 100 degree weather and haven’t even got a phone call!!! This is the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. Vinebrook is worthless!

      MULTIPLE EMAILS AND EXPEDITED REQUESTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED STILL NO RESPONSE! THEY FINALLY SENT A COMPANY TODAY TO JUST SPRAY, THEY DIDNT DO TOO MUCH OF INSPECTION! I HAD MY OWN PEST COMPANY COME OUT! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE TIME RENTING WITH THIS COMPANY! I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE LEASING AGENT DAYS LATER AFTER MOVE IN ABOUT PEST INFESTATION!! HOW CAN YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMETHING WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF MOVE IN? SHE DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT THE ONE TIME COURTESY! I HAD TO DEAL WITH AN ANT INFESTATION TO HUGE SPIDERS ROACHES NOW HUGE RATS!! YES RATS! THE FLOORING ISNT WOOD ITS JUST SOME PLASTIC CRAP STICKED ON TO LOOK LIKE WOOD! THEY RENOVATED THAT HOUSE TO MAKE IT LOOK PRESENTABLE WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF THE HISTORY! THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY FOR 4 YEARS I WAS INFORMED BY A NEIGHBOR! MY THING IS WHY DOES A RENTER HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING IF THEYRE JUST RENTING?? THE LEASING AGENT DID NOT REPORT EACH TIME I CAME TO HER ABOUT THE PEST ON TOP OF LETTING ME KNOW THE HISTORY BEHIND THAT HOUSE! IM HAVING A BABY NEXT WEEK AND CANT EVEN BRING MY CHILD HOME BECAUSE THESE PPL BRIBED ME INTO AN UNSAFE HOME!! WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF MOVE IN SHOULD NOTHING HAVE CAME UP A PROBLEM LET ALONG MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GET RESOLVED IF THE HOUSE WAS SUPPOSE TO BEEN MOVED IN READY!!

      This is by far the most horrible place to rent from. Since the day I moved in I have no contact info to call anyone regarding anything. Unless it’s via email. They had a water bill since I moved in and now I moved out they charged me to pay it with an extra service fee added. I moved out the 29th of June and still haven’t received my security deposit back and the office manager of Milwaukee told me they didn’t charge anything did damages but by law they had 21 days from move out to return my money. The office manager said she doesn’t even have a number to call to inquire about my deposit she can only email as well. They are full of crap!

      Our AC was out for almost a week during a heat advisory and we had no follow up after we entered the ticket. Our house was over 90 degrees each day. The worst part was VineBrook told us they do not make appointments, you only get a heads up when the tech is on the way. Without a time frame, that meant someone had to be home between 8am and 5pm until it was fixed. How is that supposed to work for people who work fulltime? With an appointment, it's possible to take some time off work... but we didn't want to miss the tech appearing because our situation was dire, so we had to cancel plans, do errands in the evening that left one person at home, and rearrange work schedules. It still took 6 days. Conrex at least gave us a date for fixes. VB advised techs would only make 2 attempts before closing the ticket so we could not afford to miss him!
      I don't permit people in my house without supervision. There was a news article several years back about a VB tech breaking into a home (Dayton Daily News) which makes me wary of their vetting process, so I do not trust strangers and also don't want to risk them harming my pets or accidentally letting them out. Beware of these issues if you work full time and put in support tickets.

      Horrible company. Horrible maintenance. Don't care about their tenants or their living conditions when it comes to their property. I could go on but not worth my time. DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

      The absolute worst rental service in Dayton. We have had problem after problem regarding maintenance in house and nobody calls to check in on you or let you know it will be a couple of days before they can come. We went 3 days without electric due to the main breaker almost catching fire. Never heard anything for those 3 days so we hired an electrician to come in and fix our problem so we could live in our house again.
