1 starThey were paid to repair my truck after an accident. The work was not done properly. Factory trim on truck was not reinstalled correctly. They were to replace sensors and I am now having problems with them not working correctly. Something was done to affect the mileage I now receive. It is now lower by at least 6mpg. Truck pulls to the left which was caused by the accident and they were to repair.Review fromCharles R

1 starShameful service by this company at the ***********, ********* location. If you use them, you are taking a chance so stay far, far away.We own a 2001 Tahoe that had front end damage. Otherwise the Tahoe was in Pristine condition, with like new engine performance and immaculate interior condition. The vehicle was in such good shape that the estimator offered to buy the Tahoe himself. Repairs were needed for front grill damage and one small rust spot on exterior. ****** estimated parts for the repair at $478.00 parts and $2590.00 for body labor. (Painting was a separate amount.)When we got home after the repairs were completed we discovered that the Severn Auto Body's "technicians" had completely trashed the entire rear seating area with soot, dirt, and grease. Additionally some old parts were left in the cargo area. We had to thoroughly clean, decontaminate and disinfect the mess Severn left.And we noticed that for some strange reason they had changed the rear door window open/close switches. They didn't match the interior color scheme so clearly had replaced the switches. There was nothing wrong with the original switches. I bet the "technicians" didn't know about the window lock switch on the drivers door. Apparently **************** uses untrained beginners to work on elderly people's vehicles.Review fromDonna A

1 starAt one point and time I would have recommended this place to anyone that was needing repair on their wrecked vehicle. I sure will not recommend to anyone now. When my Jeep was taken in to them for repair from a wreck they told me they were 3 weeks behind so I will give them the 3 weeks with out complaining. I did not get a rental for the 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks I went and got a rental which my insurance only covers 45 days. After the 3 weeks I called and asked about my vehicle I was told they were waiting on parts. Ok so the 5th week I called and asked how things were going and they said they were waiting on parts. So now I’m getting irritated. I call them the next week and they tell me they are waiting on the adjuster and that she was on vacation. Well I decide to call my insurance company to see if I could find out what the hold up was. The adjuster did go on vacation but before she went she told them to send a supplication information on what part was needed over the initial estimate that she did because she couldn’t get the hold up to see all damage. The supplement estimate never came to her. She ended up having to go to T body and go over all parts and let them know it was a little over a thousand dollars more before it was considered a total. She was asking what parts was still needed and they told her still under estimate to total she told them order all parts and fix it. They tell her it will be another 3 weeks. They have had this vehicle since June 18th and it is now September 14th 2024. From July 9th is after the 3 weeks they said they were behind. It’s been almost 9 weeks now and they still have my vehicle. My suggestion find some were else to get you vehicle fixed if you need a body shop. The lot was full when my vehicle got there. I seen their repair lot pretty well cleared out and starting to fill back up with vehicles needing repaired and mine is still there.Review fromBob H

I decided to use Autobody USA Westside based on reviews and family having a great experience with them. Our vehicle was brought to Autobody USA on 7/9 for an evaluation, and we were quoted with an anticipated completion date of 7/25 by ****. Unfortunately, following that initial quote, updates were vague and only received if I called multiple times and got **** directly. On 7/24 I called to ensure that my vehicle would be ready on 7/25, and I was notified that it should be ready by 7/31. On 7/30 I called again to confirm that my vehicle would be ready for pickup, and was again told that the deadline would be pushed back to 8/6. On 8/5 I called to confirm that my vehicle would be ready for pickup, and I was informed that **** no longer worked at this location and was directed to ****. **** was very professional and apologetic, and let me know that there is no excuse for these delays, and that the new completion date of 8/9 to complete additional paint and alignment work. On 8/8, I called to confirm that the vehicle would be complete on 8/9, and **** informed me that they still needed to order a part and install it, and the new anticipated completion date is now 8/16. **** has been very professional since taking over for ****; however, during this process, the estimate has doubled from 6k to 12k, I have exhausted my insurances rental car coverage, and I still dont have my vehicle back a month later (and counting).

1 starI turned in my car for an insurance claim. Not only was I on a waiting list for a year, but when my car was finally brought in the work on my car was unacceptable. My headlights were not properly working, the wrong bumper cover was placed on my car, the grill was put in crookes and my side marker lamps were left dangling underneath the car. But of all thingd the parts that were replaced were not the original grill or bumper i had on the car at the time of purchase. They kept my car a week longer than what they should have and rather than notifying the insurance company they did not bother, leaving me with a $400 rental balance. My car todate still has not passed inspection and this has been since October 2023.Review fromMarcos M

I highly recommend this collision repair shop/ body shop, the service quality was truly exceptional. I was rear ended suffering damages all around my vehicle, Ben and his team did a fantastic job replacing all body parts needed and with the paint job as well perfect paint match. They have even performed repairs that were not part of the original estimate at their own expense, they have gone above and beyond what any other shop would have, customer service is their top priority i am very grateful to Ben and his team if you need any type of work done do not hesitate this is by far the best shop you’ll come across KY collision center Richmond.CollisionRight, LLC

1 starIf I could this a zero star rating I would. Mander Collision in Waukesha is a joke. Took my daughter's car there to get fixed after getting into an accident. When we went to pick it up the car was NOT even washed and it has paint drips on it and the underneath of the hood is not even painted. I will never use this place again. Not happy at all
