      Exceptional service. Our truck was back timely and they even detailed it before returning it to us. Good communication. Overall good experience. Would definitely use them again.

      Worst experience!! Our 2023 Pallisade was involved in a deer Hit and our vehicle was sent to D's Paint and Body in Peoria on June 8th. We were given an expected completion date and that was not met but understandable with parts delays. Since that time we have been given countless dates when our vehicle would be done and there is always some reason for another delay (we were told wrong part received three different times). We are beyond frustrated at this point and still do not have our vehicle back coming up on 3 months. Customer service is horrific, we have to follow up and rarely ever get a call for an update from them. General manager told my wife about a month ago that because she was getting so many different dates and mis-information that he would be her only point of contact at this point. She never heard from him again. I took over because my wife was so upset in dealing with this. I tried calling the regional manager multiple times trying to get this resolved and never received a call back. I then tried contacting Collision Right (just over a week ago) and spoke to a secretary there who took down all of my information and summary of what has been going on. Never received a call back from anyone there. Finally after multiple attempts was able to talk to the General Manager for the Peoria shop but nothing has changed (STILL DELAYED). D's Paint and Body has multiple locations in this area and I cannot speak to the others but we would NEVER use or recommend the Peoria location.

      I've had a very bad experience with this business, I left a box of coins in the trunk of my car when I dropped off my car to be worked on at Top Gun Collision, when picking it back up the box worth more than $300 of coins was missing. It was my fault for leaving the box in the car and trusting them with it, but just because I left something in my car is not an excuse for it to be stolen.

      Wow! I cannot say enough nice things about Mander in Hartland. I contacted Sarah to inquire about a new windshield and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was stressed having to go through the process, but she made it easy. I will always recommend Mander and Sarah to everyone! Thank you to your whole team!

      Extremely shady business practices! My wife and I brought our brand new 2022 Subaru Ascent to Mander Collision after an inattentive driver struck my wife on the driver side of the vehicle in August of 2022 after having purchased the vehicle only eight days earlier. Over the next several months our vehicle went back-and-forth to Wilde Subaru to fix mechanical issues while Mander collision took care of the bodywork. It took nearly 22 weeks for the repairs to be completed. Frustrating as it was, I was just happy to receive the phone call that our vehicle was finally complete John Streblow was my point of contact at Mander during repairs and is a liar and a cheat. Literally the day before the car was supposed to be returned to us, John called to tell me that someone had inadvertently scratched/gouged the grill while it was under their care. As you can probably imagine, I was furious that there would be even more delays related to the shops carelessness and stupidity. He promised to have the grill fixed free of charge and ready for pick up the following day When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the damage to the grill was not included in the summary of the work completed. Mander offers a lifetime warranty on work completed and I was concerned that if it wasn’t included on the summary that it would not be under warranty. When I asked John to formally take responsibility on behalf of the shop as he did in his voicemail and to include a description of the work to the grill in the summary John played dumb, which surprisingly came quite naturally for him. I’ve never seen someone back pedal so fast. I had to remind him of his voicemail before he would include it in the summary Later I found out that even after repairs were finished and likely prior to the grill being damaged my vehicle was just sitting on their lot for over two weeks. By this point we were paying out of pocket for rental car costs because the insurance company also suspected something fraudulent was occurring

      Very good communication and my car looks great. No sign of the damage and it looks new again.
