He explained the procedure, how long it would take, provided feedback and cleaned the work area. It was easy to make am on line appointment. The price was noted on line and there were no hassles. Amazing service and rhe 2 guys who came out were great. It was the worst possible day with horrible weather and these 2 guys got right down to business. This was a follow-up visit to deodorize my area rugs since the first deodorant application after cleaning didn't work well. *******, our technician, was reliable texting us about his anticipated arrival, was personable and knowledgeable about the product which differed from the first deodorizing application. I'm hoping this enzyme deodorant will have positive lasting results.
