      They raised their rates, 3xs what Ohio ****** charges. (When we signed up with them in 2016 they said they would always be lower than OH ******, but that was a lie). We got an electric **** that is 3xs what we normally use, and they will not adjust it. They said they sent out notices, but we did not get one. I have informed delivery from the post office and went back and they did not send us a notice. They said they sometimes look like junk mail. We just switched back to Ohio ****** but that won't show up until our next ****. Also, we were gone half of last month, and came back to a storm and no power for 3 days so there is no way we used that much electricity. Since suppliers are de-regulated, the **** can't help either. The only recourse we have is to switch suppliers and file a claim with the better business bureau. We choose to write this review instead. We have gone back and forth with them several times in the last few days, and they are very rude and disrespectful (in my opinion). I tried to get help paying my Electric **** since they won't adjust it, but don't qualify for anything. I am on a fixed income and this one **** is 38% of my disability check!!! They deserve negative stars but since that isn't a choice I gave one.

      Sorry to hear you are not please. The month to month product your contract renewed to followed the market price.. The market prices of electric and gas has increased over the last few months.

      My **** was 80 a month for gas and electricity. Signed with IGS and it went to 250 then the next two months it was at 350. I didnt use any more gas or electric. I talked to IGS and the guy on the phone laughed at me. He wanted to know if peco told me to leave IGS . IGS ripped me off. My friend sold me on this IGS ********. Ill stay with peco from here on out. IGS robbed me and lied to me and laughed at me over the phone. There is nothing funny about it when I am fighting to make ends meet. Big rip off! Stay away from IGS ! Read the fine print. Its really a scam and they are stealing from people because you did not read the fine print. They tell you , just check the box. Next thing you know your **** will at least triple . You go and try to get out of it and they hit you with billing that is four times the amount I was originally paying.

      I would give no stars for IGS if allowed and a 2-thumbs way down icon. I am retired but work a parttime job as a cashier in a grocery store to supplement my income. I was home one afternoon, a clean-cut professional looking young man knocked on my door, I did not let him in my apartment, but stepped outside to talk. He said he was going around my neighborhood to see if people wanted to pay less on their gas and electric bills. Long story to short: I signed up; he did tell me that it would cost $100 (for each) if I decided to cancel my contract. He was proud to state that the fixed cost would be for 3 years. After he left, I read the brochure completely. After a year of service, it is a $100 cancellation charge for each, if it's less than one year it is a $200 cancellation charge for each. That is an outrageous cancellation fee!!! I checked other companies and they charge a $25 cancellation fee. Also, he said IGS was cheaper than my own gas and electric companies. My company was far less than IGS and on the comparison list for gas and electric companies in my area - IGS doesn't even get listed. Before I signed up with IGS, my balanced billing for electric was $51/month, IGS **** was $82.97 one month, and $116 the next month - now I found out that my 'balanced billing' will continue to be $116.88. I am very depressed and angry. If I had the extra money, I would cancel this awful company. Shame on this company!!!
