      I placed two separate delivery orders through the official Wendys app, and in both cases, I never received my food due to issues beyond my control.April 28, 2024 Order #********** $11.31 The Wendys app automatically changed my delivery address without my input. I immediately called support, and they told me they could not correct it. They advised me to contact the driver directly. However, the driver did not speak English, and despite my efforts, they went to the wrong address. I never received the food, and I was still charged.May 2, 2024 Order #********** $30.28 I placed the order, but the store was closed. The delivery driver informed me that the order could not be completed. Again, I received nothing and was still charged.I contacted Wendys Delivery Support over six times, and each time I was told a refund would be processed. I also emailed ************************************* (Case #********). I received no resolution. I even posted on social media tagging @Wendys and was ignored, while other customers received responses.On my most recent support call, the agent claimed there was no record of the store closure and questioned what I told them, despite all my previous reports.This has been going on for over two months, and Ive spent hours trying to resolve this for a refund I was promised multiple times.

      To Whom It May Concern,I'm writing to formally file a complaint regarding a deeply disappointing experience I had at the Wendys location at ***************************************************************************, on June 19, 2025, at approximately 10:51 PM and waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru.The service I received that evening was well below acceptable standards. Not only was the staff inattentive, but their behavior also came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. At no point did I feel that customer care or courtesy was a priority, which left me feeling disrespected and ************* someone who values fair treatment and professionalismespecially in service environmentsI believe this experience warrants attention. I hope that Wendys corporate leadership takes this feedback seriously and initiates the necessary steps to address the staffing and service issues at this location.       On 5/1/25 I placed an order on the Wendys app for my family. The app keep showing on the way but the time frame kept getting longer and longer. The dasher informed me that the Wendys in Flowood ** was having system issues. From the door dash message the order was canceled but from the app it showed delivered. I called the support number and was informed I would get a refund in ten days after not receiving it. I was the contact us link in the app that went to an email address which asked me questions as if they were going to assist but told me to call the same support number that didnt help me the first time. I just want my money back

      In may my daughter ordered 2 frosty and 2 fries on her app using Apple Pay. When we arrived to Wendys to pick up her order the frosty machine was down. We asked to cancel the order and we would like her money back. They refused and told us to call customer service which we did immediately and filed a complaint and requested a refund. Its now June and still have not received her money back and I have called multiple times with no resolution. Instead a bunch of lies excuses and also hung up on. Please can we get some help.

      I went through the drive-through placed my order paid for my order. Never got a receipt got home noticed that half the food was missing called inthe employee that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful saying that they always give a receipt. Well, I hope you guys pull the cameras and that I was never given a receipt so this could be proven wrong. All I wanted was for to be made right you think that I wanted to drive all the way back just getting home to get what I had already sat in line and waited for and paid for just wanted it to be made right

      I went to Wendys on my lunch breaks and ordered a #1 **** single the food was not fresh at all. The fries was burnt and hard and the Buger was dry and hard. I didnt have time to return because I didnt notice until back at work but I took one bite and had to throw the whole meal away.       I ordered at ******* on Tuesday 4/22/25. I did spend a total of on this visit.I didn't have my phone with my and wasn't able to login to my ******* Online digital account to get the rewards points for this visit.Per the ******* App you can still earn the points if you send a copy of the store Receipt to ************************************** Proof of that statement is attached in this case.I did send them an email that night on 4/22/25 at 9:58 pm (which was the same day of the purchase) and was giving a case number of ********. #**** is at the top of the Store Receipt It's been over 1 week now and still no points.Can you please help me get my points which should be a total of 403 points?I've attached a copy of the Store Receipt, along with proof of my email sent to *******.

      Date March 17, 2025 went to Wendys *******************************************************, and ordered baconator meal got my food and I paid $13 dollars and some change. When I got home only (7 min away) realized they gave me the wrong order. So, I tried to contact the store but got no answer. I called a numerous times but they either did not answer or answered and hung up the phone without saying anything, which is totally unprofessional. On top of the order being wrong the food was not even fresh and I didn't get a receipt.

      The date of the transaction was on Friday, 09/20/2024. I placed an order for delivery for dinner for my family through my account on the ******* app. The total that I paid was $72.05. My problem is that I never got my ********* was told by ******** (the third-party delivery platform partnering with this ******* location) that the ******* cancelled my *************** would either reverse/cancel the charge to my debit card or they'd issue me a refund that I should expect to receive, within ***** business days. Which, I didn't get, & I still have yet to get my money back to this day, almost 6 months later, nor was the charge cancelled nor reversed. I've reached-out to ******* ***************** many times since the date of the transaction, beginning with the date of the transaction & pretty much at least weekly since then, to no avail. I've texted, called & e-mailed **************** on many occasions & have only been getting the run-around. On at least 2 separate occasions I was told that they'd be escalating my issue to a higher-up Department. Though, I never heard back from anyone, like I was promised. I even messaged ******* on X but I was told that the transaction happened too long ago for them to help me. It's simple. I paid money for product that I never received, due to the business cancelling the order. I need my money back, ****.
