      Ordered family spicy chicken nuggets and one other ten piece only got 10 spicy nuggets tried talking to Wendy's support
      No help at all won't be making any large orders from them anymore since I DON'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR

      Went to the Wendy in Toledo on laskey at miracle mile and I ordered a triple cheeseburger combo with no onions,ketchup or mayonnaise.. so I checked my sandwich like I always do before I left and they put ketchup and mayonnaise on my sandwich so I told them I DID NOT want ketchup and mayonnaise on my sandwich and gave back to them I get my sandwich back and all they basically did was scrape off the ketchup and mayonnaise and gave me the same sandwich back and I looked at the manager and shook my head and said you just gave me the same sandwich back that you guys messed up and she just walked away and I drove off!! I was so disgusted with what they did when I got home I couldn’t even eat the darn sandwich knowing what they did so I just wasted $18.00 on this food I couldn’t even eat because they couldn’t make me a new sandwich!! I’m not sure if this is common practice but if it is that’s very disgusting and unsanitary in my opinion!!

      The Wendy’s in Royston ga sells apple pecan salad and doesn’t add the blue cheese. The manager said the blue cheese is moldy so she never adds it. They don’t tell you this before you order.The manager will not give a refund.The purposeful leaving out ingredients is cheating customers please do something about this store it also has a lot of other problems including rudeness.Manager was very rude

      Wendys have good product but service at store # 3247 in Spring Hill Florida is the worst. Placed a
      2 product order girl could NOT figure it out even after repeating 7 times, she was totally out of it. Did NOT get the 2 items we ordered. Tried to call 10 times workers would hang up the phone without saying a word. Worst experience ever. NO customer service ethics you need to screen the workers, they will ruin your business

      This is what happened at the Wendy's Restaurant #00008172, 20975 South Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL, 33189 on 04/13/24:
      Placing the order was not a problem, it was when I was ready to pay for the order and not receiving an item in my order: When I reached the drive-thru window, someone opened it other than the host she didn’t say good afternoon, she just grabbed my credit card gave it to the host and said, “credit card.” I received two bags and the chocolate frosty I ordered was not in any of the bags when I got to work. Knowing that this has happened to me before at this location, I should have checked the bags, but I did not. After work, I went back to the store, around 8:00 pm to get the frosty and the two disrespectful employees possibly fresh out of high school with no customer service training told me: “You waited 8-hours to come get the frosty, well we can’t help you because that was the morning crew, and you should have called.” Called, they weren’t going to deliver the frosty. And if I would have called and showed up at 8pm to collect it, I’d still be told: “It was the morning crew, we can't help you.” This has happened to me numerous times at this restaurant location. This restaurant is within walking distance from my home, but I have to travel a good 2-miles to another Wendy’s to be able to get friendly service and the correct/all items in my order. Really sad this location messed up my order again for the umpteenth time and didn’t even apologize or give me the $2.98 frosty. Maybe this review will help the corporate office realize that unprofessional and disrespectful employees should not be assisting customers face-to-face. Wendy's Corporation should have something in place that when items are missing from orders and customers have arrived home or to their destination, they are compensated real-time, especially if the order was paid by credit card. I'll have to use my AMEX card next time and if there is an issue I'll just dispute the charge.

      I want to tell what happened to me at Wendy’s in Indianapolis Indiana on 8000 E. 96th St., Indianapolis, IN. Easter Sunday I went through the drive-through to order breakfast for me and my husband. The manager ***** was the one who took our order and while we were ordering, I informed her that I have an egg allergy and it was very serious. She took our order that was fine told us to pull around. That was fine she handed us our drinks. She ask if I can pull forward someone will bring our food out. She then close the window and rushed off. I waited at the window because we wanted drinking straws to sip on our drinks while we waited. She returned and ask us to pull forward ( no cars was behind us). I said can we please have our straws. She stated that they will be in the bag closed the window and ran off. I waited until she returned and stated that we would like to sip our drinks while we waited. She replied with “gosh monkeys.” .
      We pull forward she had someone bring us our food. My husband checked his food it was cold. I always check mines because of my allergies. I order an English muffin with cheese and sausage. When I open my sandwich it had onions, onion, cap, and some type of sauce all over it. We went in to get our money back and returned the food. She started stating that she will not give a refund. I called the police and then we were put on the trespassing list..
      My complaint is I got treated very badly racially, and my food was temperate with. I could’ve went into the hospital from the sauce that was on the sandwich because of my egg allergy.. and that was done on purpose. I left with no food and they kept my money and I was put on the trespassing list for no reason because the manager was having a bad day and the manager is the one who treated us like this. If I could write this review with no stores, I would, because that was horrible. The manager need diversity training and customer service skills.

      They do not answer the customer service phone. The complaint that I have is with the customer service department and it’s impossible to send a complaint by email because you need a specific store, time of day, date etc…what a joke for customer service. It would be zero stars if that was an option.

      Wendy's at 1340 Springfield St,Feeding Hills.01030..........Sorry to say this is the worst Wendy's around.......We always get pulled up along with other cars...Always a wait time...Lots of times orders wrong.....We stopped coming a few years ago when they changed management.....Things have gone down.... I do stop by for breakfast once in a while,only fast food around....I always have a long wait time ! Today was the worse ! Only one car ahead of me in drive thu, he of course got pulled up to wait. I got pulled up after being told wait on biscuits... Now four of us wait ...Ten minutes go by and all others taken care of but they forgot my order ??? Had to repeat...Told by manager wait on fresh biscits !!!! Told her already waiting 15 min..She said sorry but I do everything ! I got in at 9:15 and left at 9:39 !!!!! Are you kidding me !!!! This goes on all the time here. I have complained before ,but same people running operations......Its not working guys......Look at sales for this location and I bet it has dropped big time.....I worked for ********** Corp for many years , so I Know the business.....All the money put into advertising to entice customer visits, only to get disappointed by this one operator.....what a shame !!!! Many folks in our small community have avoided this unit for same service issue..... Good Luck !!!

      'Fueling The Madness $1 Dave's single + $2 Dave's double", is not what it is purported to be. MY WIFE AND I WENT TO WENDY'S #1867, ON 03/19/2024 presented the Wendy's APP on her phone for the Dave's $1 Single + $2 double, but Wendy's refused to honor the 2 sandwich order at the price advertised. DECEPTIVE AND AMBIGUOUS OFFER!

      Their customer service is a joke so here is my issue. Last fall in Stuart VA, my rural area, Wendy's charged $7 for the Biggie Bag and now its down to $6. My complaint to cs was that all their advertising on TV shows the Biggie Bag selling for $5. They kinda told me that their satellite stores can charge what they want. That seems to fit the term 'price gouging'. Since I don't have but 2 fast food choices I'm stuck.
      Also their email blocks my reply back to them
