      Food POSIONING at the Flagstaff locations. **** the area director will not return my calls or text messages regardless of requesting to file a complaint with corporate.

      People that have no skills at all. Android app none functional, complaint form on web site non functional, no way to contact anyone.

      We tried to order online multiple times for it to not work. We called the store and they said "I'm not looking at the app so I can't help." Asked if they can make a report about it. "No sir I have work to do" is what the employee said. We wrote this for a formal apology, and a look at the app because I can't even sign in on my phone nor tablet.

      Just close them down. It’s okay, these are the only Wendy’s I had to stop giving my money too.
      The 46450 Wendy is just horrible, there is one young lady there that is nice! Everyone else no! Sometime they open sometimes they not. They never have baked potatoes or biscuits! I be so lost! Like why they just don’t close down, and open under new management! It’s 3 plants down the street from this Wendy, i know yall missing out on so much money, but the ********** across the street be banging! And I know Wendy’s breakfast is better. But when u never have any food or staff the customer will leave!!! And they did!
      The other Wendy’s 46110 Michigan Canton, MI 48188 no better! Than the other one, every time I do get a baked potato from them it smells! SMH I don’t want nothing in return!
      I’m just trying to help make Wendy a better place!

      The Wendy's in Swanton, Ohio has the worst service of any fast food place in the area. They are very slow, I had to wait 10 minutes or more for a drive thru order. On my last order they forgot to give me a whole sandwich. This was and will be my last visit.

      Have not received a refund from my mobile order!!! I have been in contact with the local store, customer service rep and submited a complaint through email! Nothing has been resolved and it is now going on 3 weeks! Placed an order through their mobile app at 11:50pm, arrived at the Wendy's around 12ish and they were closed. However, online said that they were open until 1:00am! I want my money back!

      Wendy’s on forest lane and 75 expressway in Dallas Texas is an example for frozen food at home. Ordered a large vanilla frosty and a chocolate frosty 5 dollar bag received two small chocolate frosty’s and dead French fries two chicken nuggets and a hamburger afraid too eat? Like **** **** not sure what’s been pooped on!

      Wendy's used to be good, however, it seems that some Wendy's have no pride in their stores or company.. Wendy's # 00009401, 8273 W. Union Hills, has seemed to lost its pride in quality and price. We ordered 2 Jr Baconators, 1 large fry 1 medium coke, 1 medium frosty...$27.27, holy crap I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and for $10 more received 2 great hamburgers with fries and cokes with friendly service. The hamburger patties were thinner that the french fries, The patties were well over cooked and dried out. This Wendy's gave us a bad experience, and turned us away from going back to any Wendy's, but that is a personal preference. BUT, you are not the only "fast food" joint that has lost it's pride in quality, ownership and employees, you just joined the group.
