      This place sold US furniture sent us the wrong furniture we have our original receipt shows that what we paid for someone in the store switched it in our receipts do not match these people are scams they are screwing customers over do not buy from this place find somewhere else to go

      Purchased a sofa for our son from Morris Furniture located in the Dayton Mall location. When the sofa arrived, it was a special order, I called the store to inquire about the delivery. I informed the person our son is handicapped and the delivery people should be aware of this. The person from Morris assured us the sofa would not block an entrance and /or exit from our son’s condo. Unfortunately this did not happen. A rather large box containing the sofa cushions was left in his foyer making access to the front door cumbersome and the sofa was placed in the living room area blocking his accessibility to his living areas. He had to ask the movers to reposition the sofa to make it possible for him to maneuver his living areas. When calling the store to complain, they weren’t interested in this situation even though they were told ahead of time of the special circumstances of our son being handicapped. Will not be purchasing from Morris again.

      The worst customer service I ever had in my life!!!
      Last year I applied for a Morris credit card and got a $4000 credit limit, with the card I bought a dining table set and sofa set with a sectional. Both arrived late, which I understand is due to covid. The dining table arrived with missing screws that mount the table legs with the base, I called Morris and complained that I have not received the complete items, and the screws/bolts arrived after 5 weeks. I managed to get the bolts/screws from Lowe's and never complained about it as I believed this is not an issue for a $16 additional expense. Later, after getting my sofa set, in September last year, it started to go bad in shape and base with not holding the cushions right, I emailed customer service about this issue and got 4 out of 5 cushions replaced in 2-3 weeks but that didn't solve the issue. I had the technician come over to check 3 times and explained the issue and he either did not understand or did not want to address this situation. The technician was the same guy all 3 times even though I requested a different technician the third time. I am being offered a credit of only $130 which I feel is an insult. I want the furniture fully fixed or full store credit for my purchase. I spent more than $1,000 on the furniture and an additional $150 for the warranty/damage claim at the time of purchase.
      I was about to give Morris furniture 1 star on google reviews but then I saw “Rusty” who was addressing everyone's problems by sharing his email ID in the review so I thought I give it one last try and sent an email to Rusty but that didn’t help too as “Rusty forwarded my email to some other department who was supposed to take care of the situation. After 3 days I sent a follow-up email to David to check the updates, but I got an automatic reply saying “Your message to david.davidg has been blocked” I wish I could attach pictures here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

      Two weeks ago we made a large purchase on a bedroom collection and a twin size bed. We were told everything was in stock and they’d deliver it in 7-10 days. When they delivered they brought the wrong chest and forgot the mirror. (No big deal mistakes happen) the delivery guys said they couldn’t do anything we had to contact the store. We went to the store because they didn’t answer the phone when we called and the GM told us we would have our stuff by Wednesday/Thursday this week, and gave us his number to call him Monday after lunch. We did exactly what he instructed us to do. So 5 days of trying to get ahold of someone from Ashley furniture to fix a mistake they made on our purchase. We have salesman’s personal cell phone number and can’t get a response or call back from him. We have the GM personal cell number and can’t get ahold of him. We call the store and have to leave voicemails and get no response from them. I have sent the district manager emails and get no response from him. We got hung up on by a salesman Tuesday evening and disrespected by this guy to the point I had to drive to the store to figure out who it was I spoke to. This experience has been nothing short of disgusting! I will never buy a single thing from this place. I would never treat my customers the way their team has treated us. Below is a call log from my attempt to reach someone on just Tuesday. ?? ?? ??

      Customer satisfaction is not a priority with this company. I have had an ongoing discussion with this company since December 2021. When my lift chair was delivered, it was damaged by the delivery personnel. A representative from SAW Enterprises determined that the arm had to be replaced. An arm was delivered but was not the one for my chair. After months for waiting the wrong arm to be picked up, we took it back to the store. The replacement chair was sent and was missing two key components that being the massage and heat units. It was supposedly ordered but after months of waiting I went to the store and was told the order was cancelled on January 23, 2023. Had I not gone to the store I would still be waiting. I told them I wanted a refund (I been paying since February 2022) and the chair picked up. I was informed that I waited too late to complain...I've been waiting and complaining since December 2021. I have emailed and spoke with a store manager India ********* on numerous occasions. I need a resolution to this matter.

      They do not stand by their warranty at all , they just keep sending you to someone else! It’s been 11 mos. To get a warranty repair…. Now there saying another90-120 days.. I also had them out to clean a spot it still stinks and there saying they don’t cover it

      I ordered a 4 piece sectional 6/6/21. It was delived 9/30/21 and was damaged and missing the corner piece. I had a horrible time getting anyone to communicate with me about replacing/finding the missing peice. I had to file a complaint with the AG's office to get anyone to call me. I had to order an entirely new sectional due to the missing corner piece. It was delivered 5/22. It was also damaged and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. The delivery people refused to take all 4 pieces of the orginal sectional b/c the new one was only 3 pieces. Since I was still waiting on a chair I had ordered before the 1st sectional was delivered, I told them to just get the other piece when they delivered the chair. The chair was delived 8/22 and the other piece of furniture was picked up. Thankfully I asked for a receipt. I was told it would take a couple of billing cycles to get the refund for that 4th piece. 12/22 I still don't have the refund. I try to contact their customer service (which can only be done via online chat or email, no live person will ever talk to you) and was told I had to drive to the store since it was concerning a return. I drove the 40 minutes from my house to Polaris, talked with a manager and was told they would process the return in 2 weeks. 1/23, still no refund. I again contact customer service, the person who emailed me told me they had no record of the item being returned. I emailed the receipt, no response. I emailed to see what was going on, no response. Today, I contacted the online chat again, and was told they would get back to me in a couple of hours. 8 hours later, I am still being accused of not returning the item and still don't have a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Their customer service is the absolute WORST! I had to drive to the store multiple times! Supposedly the repair company is coming on 2/1 to fix my current sectional (this is the 2nd time now) but we shall see. Terrible quality & even worse customer service.

      We recently purchased a loveseat sleeper from Morris Furniture in Florence, Ky. It was delivered to our newly built home and we paid for the WHITE GLOVE option. As they put it into the bedroom doorway, it was obvious to the workers and my wife that it wasnt going in. My wife observed one of the gentlemen forcefully shoving the sofa thru the doorway. As it wouldn't go, she hollared stop, "I dont think it's gonna fit, it's not gonna fit". They stopped to take the feet off. It then went in only after they damaged the door, the door framing and the door molding. They took a picture of the damage and said someone will call her. Noone has called. Also, they did not unfold or unpackage the sleeper. No demonstration or instructions were given. My wife immediately called the Florence store to talk with a manager. A salesperson spoke with my wife and said..." my manager said to go online to file a damage complaint ". NOT ONCE DID A MANAGER TALK TO HER OR GOD FORBID, APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. My wife has been doing the website Live Chats with no responses. It's simply pathetic that you can't get any type of response even if it was a Saturday. We have spent lots of money with this company since August and customer service & loyalty seems to be there problem.
      A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! My friends will learn about Morris Furniture.

      Horrible customer service! Have been for almost a year trying to get the cushion on our reclining loveseat repaired. Saw repair service was here 5 times and told us the fix they made was only temporary and could not be repaired completely. Customer service is impossible to reach even with calls to the store manager, Elizabeth. Ashley talks a good game, but once they have your money, they are done with you! Their furniture is terrible, and I would advise anyone to avoid them!

      We purchased a round table. It is cracking at the base. Very dangerous to have in our house. We have begged them to come pick it up. Weeks and weeks and weeks later it is still here. It has been a nightmare. I can’t get a hold of anybody. We would like our money back and somebody to come pick up the table and get it out of our house.
