      I’m reaching out because my ring has now been delayed for over two weeks, and this situation is becoming extremely frustrating. We have had this ring since Feb 14 2025, When we first purchase the ring they sent it out to get it resized and the repair shop took off the gold in the inside of the ring when it was not suppose to be taken off. We took the ring back in June 9th to get it deep clean and they took the gold off again when the notes stated to not take off the gold. So they had to send It back in to get the gold put back on. This ring is brand new and we have only had it for four months with already issues from the repair shop. We are very frustrated because every time this ring gets sent in the gold is being removed. It has also been 2 weeks and we still do not have the ring.
      I need a clear explanation of what’s going on, how to prevent the repair shop from removing the gold. and exactly when I will receive my ring — in the correct condition..
      Please respond as soon as possible, or I’ll have to escalate this matter further.

      After purchasing 3 pieces of jewelry at the Texas store, the representative was so kin and understanding and provided each expectation seeing as I had to ship the jewelry to ** for my nephews birthday. She put my sisters information to pick up the order on each page and very clear instructions for the ** store to follow. I tracked the package and it was delivered 5/21/25 however my sister never received any calls. I spoke to ****** 5/23/25 at 10am and he had no idea what I was referring to and stated he would reach out to *****. I never received any updates and called Texas and they too never spoke to ** and I spoke to ** again and they advised me I should be hearing from *****. I then had my sister go to the store and Lawsen and ******* were very rude and nasty and did not even want to release the items to her, they did not open the boxes to allow her to see the items and she very clearly saw her name on all the documents stating to PLEASE CALL. This is upsetting and very disgusting behavior from this company.

      I have been a loyal Kay Jewelers customer since purchasing my bridal set and an additional band in 2015. Every six months, like clockwork, I bring my rings in for inspection to maintain the warranty and have them rhodium-plated **************, I visited the Charlotte ******* Outlet location and was extremely disappointed by the treatment I received. Two sales associates insisted that only the bridal set and one band were originally purchasedessentially implying that I was trying to pass off an extra band that didnt belong to me. This was not only incorrect but deeply insulting, especially considering my long-standing relationship with *** and impeccable inspection record.Thankfully, I called the Pineville location right afterward, and the associate there had no problem locating all three rings in their systemconfirming what Ive known all along.Its incredibly frustrating to be treated with suspicion and disrespect when Ive done everything by the book. I expected more professionalism and competence from Kay Jewelers. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in the brand.

      I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience at the Kay Jewelers Outlet in *********, **. During a visit, I was wrongfully accused by both a sales associate and a store manager of stealing a wedding bandan accusation that was not only completely false but also deeply ************** make matters worse, they escalated the situation by contacting Kay Jewelers customer care and creating a formal case number. Despite having done nothing wrong, I was treated with suspicion and disrespect. At no point did the staff attempt to handle the situation discreetly or professionally, and their behavior caused me a great deal of emotional distress.I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have requested that Kay Jewelers issue a public response, as the accusation against me was made without any basis or *********** a long-time customer, I am incredibly disappointed. No one should ever be treated the way I wasespecially by a brand that claims to value trust and integrity. Until this issue is publicly addressed, I cannot support or recommend this store to anyone. Since I'm not valued as a cardholder its a strong possibility that I will close my account.The worst part of it all my bridal set was purchased from this location. My wedding rings were upgraded which means my old set was traded in. The sales associate sold me an upgraded ring as one transaction and the two bands as a set in another transaction on the same day.

      If I could put ZERO stars I would. I ordered a ring for my mother for Christmas. A custom birthstone ring from my sister and I. The first issue was that it needed to be sized, no problem. We sent it out for sizing. When it came back, there was a stone missing, so it went back to be replaced. Two days after it came back a second time, another stone was noticed to have fallen out. My mother works an office job so nothing is rough on her jewelry. When I went back a THIRD time to get it fixed yet again, I was told that unfortunately this can happen, and it isn't uncommon at all. That alone made me question why a product with known faultiness would continue to be manufactured. I was told that I could either send it out AGAIN to be fixed or void the warranty and order a new ring. I had an option of paying for ANOTHER warranty so that it would be covered if anything else where to happen. So, I ordered a new ring hoping this one would be better. It was just picked up today to find that when I went into the store to have this ring ordered again as a replacement, BY THE STAFF, it was ordered in the wrong size, AFTER I confirmed what size I needed. When I questioned this, I was told that they could not order it in the size I needed, so planned to have it come in and send it BACK OUT to be sized. This was never discussed with me. I ordered this ring the second week of December 2024 and my mother still doesn't have it to wear. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. I certainly will NEVER be shopping at **** or their affiliates ever again.

      I will never darken the door of this company again. As I shopped for new earnings they offered to clean my bracelet and rings. I purchased new Diamond earrings while I waited.After cleaning my jewelery they said everything looked fine. A few weeks after they cleaned and inspected my jewelry the bracelet broke. When I went back they refused to repair the bracelet because I did not purchase an extended warranty. Salesman was very rude and said I did something to damage the bracelet and it is "not worth life support" "do you want velvet bag to put it in". Went to another jewelers and they fixed it for Jareds I warn people that Jareds does not stand behind there (inferior) jewelry. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      0 stars, absolutely unbelievable..Went in to get a ring for my fianc and the experience finding it was fantastic but they didnt give us a receipt and said an email will be sent confirming our order. We wanted a custom ring because they didnt have it in their size and so the staff member said h*** check in with the manufacturer to see if they are able too and when he confirms it, h*** text us or give us a call. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Okay fine well I had to go back again anyway to pick up my ring since I had to get it resize. Several weeks later when I got my ring, he finally tells us YES they can make the custom ring for my fianc. Okay fine, we pay 5000$ to get that ring made and was told itll be 4-6 weeks and that we will receive an email with the confirmation. NO EMAIL. We placed the order in January but I continue to wait until February to check in with them. I was given a date of March 17th that our ring will come and the date rolls by, I call again to pick it up. The staff is confused that theres no order for my fianc ring so my fianc goes in person and the staff says theres a delay and itll probably come Friday. NOW WERE WAITING EVEN LONGER MIND YOU WE ARE GETTING MARRIED SOON AND WERE TOLD THAT THE RING WILL BE READY BY THE DATE WE WERE GIVEN. The following Monday rolls by, my fianc calls again to finally pick up their ring and we were told that THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY NOTES OR UPDATES WHATSOEVER. You gotta be f****** kidding me, so the staff said theyll contact the manufacturer to ask for updates. Okay why didnt you call them last week when there was a delay?!?!?!!!!!!! Today march 26, my ***** gets a call saying that the manufacturer NO LONGER makes custom rings for that ring!!!! ARE U ******** ME?!? So why the h*** did we pay 5K wait 3 MONTHS for a ring that WAS NOT GOING TO SHOW UP?!?!?!? tomorrow we are going in person to get a refund and take our business elsewhere where.

      Beyond outraged. I went to process a return and specifically told the cashier Milynn I didnt have the gift card anymore prior to giving her the receipt, told her twice!! She stated she would be able to process it. 2 seconds later she then proceeded to tell me she sent the money back to the gift card that I specifically told I no longer had. Now Im more than likely am going to loose $200 that corporate cant get back to me. Beyond horrible customer care. They should at least train their employees or have better staff who can comprehend what is said to them without forgetting 2 seconds later

      I went in to pick an online order, while waiting to be helped. I noticed to the right of the register there was a cabinet full of items with reserved tags on them. There in front was the ring i picked out with my fiancs name on it. Right next to it was my gift i ordered for him with my name on it. The guy that helped me went and grabbed the charm i bought and I asked if I could see the ring, he handed it right over. Later that afternoon, my fianc went back in to purchase the ring that was on hold. The guy working went up to him and told him I was there and that I know about the ring! The store and this employee completely ruined the surprise for both of us! The ring needed to be sent away to get resized, when it came back in and he went to pick it up they didn't give him a box. He asked for a box since he has not proposed yet and they gave him a regular ***** *** box when it was suppose to be a **** **** box. I went in to the store and tried talking to them, they said there was nothing they could do, I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and explained everything, they said only the store manager could do anything. I have been waiting for a solution and a **** **** box that they promised me for over 3 months now.

      I was going to purchase a crucifix and chain on Banter website for Valentines Day. But when I put the items in the cart. The prices go up. On contact banter and they wouldnt honor the website prices. The crucifix was $22.50 and chain was $60. Its false advertisement. I have been a customer for year. The previous items I purchased were great. Now for false advertising, I will not purchase anything from Banter. I will go to other jewelers that would honor my price that is advertised on the website.
