      I purchased 3 rings from zales.outletshopplaza.com. all items I received were incorrect and I received no response from the link emailed to me. I finally filed a complaint on the ***************** now sent 3 emails trying to convince me to keep, gift or sell as they are still "good and nice".The shipping was actually from ***** & in the responses they do not want the expense of shipping back. They keep simply offering 20% off my next order & repeating the ideas previously stated. I'm still waiting on a final response. The rings themselves look fake and none are a style that I would wear or gift. This has all been ridiculous. It was an ad link on ******** that got me to this site. DO NOT SHOP

      Well I asked for the district manager again and they refused to give me sherrills contact info. So now I have everything that can go wrong go wrong. The manager, and rep from the ******** store where I bought my wedding rings lied, messed up on the financial end. So now I'm over paying for a ring that I only just got today because they messed up and then refused to size my ring or refund it. I tried to refund my husband's ring because they kept messing up and then it wasn't resized correctly so it lost a gem. And then when they finally agreed to refund it they were not going to refund the whole thing so we would be paying still for nothing.This whole ordeal has been ridiculous and irritating. Spending thousands of dollars on each of the rings apparently isn't enough for these people to care or even call you back. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I over heard a rep lying to another person while I was at the ******** location, luckily that person left without buying anything.Again I say, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!They all refuse to even let me talk to the district manager ******** or fix what is wrong.

      I received a link from https://zales.globalvipshopline.com/index.php?main_page=product&pID=1497 stating that there is a BIG SALE from ZALES so of course I check it out. After receiving the item I purchased I felt the items were beautiful and of course for the price $49 just seemed to good to be true. Well, after a couple of months wearing the jewelry it started turning a bronze color but, on the website itself states 14 k White gold NOT PLATED so, I am believing its real gold which should NOT turn colors??????? Has anyone else purchased from these people? And if you haven't DONT! But, if you have did you report to them and what happened?
