This place is a joke, I contacted customer service and I was told the warranty on services lasts for 6 months and my ring broke 6 months and one week after the repair was done. So very convenient way to get peoples money and justify it later. I wont stop complaining until I am able to get any kind of solution on this matter.Review fromJ. M.

Dont buy from Kay Outlet if you actually plan on using the ring to propose. I made the unfortunate decision to purchase an engagement ring through Kay Outlets online store after finding the ring I wanted wasnt available in my partners size in store. I paid over $2,000, that was 2 weeks ago and the order is still preparing for shipment. Its not a custom product and the website claims its in stock. Customer service has been useless, only saying it will ship when it ships. At this point we feel our only option is to dispute the charge with our credit card and try again somewhere It does not take 2+ weeks to ship a simple ready made ring. Their warehouse is failing to do its job and Kay’s is ripping off customers.Signet Jewelers

**************** has been useless and we still dont have our ring. At this point just going to buy a replacement elsewhere and let our credit card issuer handle to the chargeback. It should not take a month to get a stupid piece of metal that isnt even made to order.Review fromAngela R

1 starI went in to pay my bill. I counted my money out 3 times before they took my money walked away counted it somewhere else. They came back and said I was 200 dollars short. Tried talking to one of the employees said they couldn't access the camera's. I than proceeded to call the police and still nothing was done. I definitely DO NOT recommend doing business with them. I purchased a gold necklace that broke within 5 months of wearing it. There are reviews of this product from other consumers who complained of it breaking. It is $200 pre-tax, and Kay Jewelers told me that it is unfixable and will not replace this necklace despite its obvious lack of quality. This seems very deceiving to me, and I recommend others shop elsewhere for their jewelry.Signet Jewelers

Zero stars is better! Kay jewelers has the worst business practices I’ve ever seen or heard of.
They gave me 26 days to pay on a purchase and I was charged a late fee of $30 so I called to try to get them to remove the fee because I never received a bill or even an email about it and the lady commenced to telling me that I did and there’s nothing she could do to help me.
So I called the local store where I bought it from the manager told me that he couldn’t do anything about it because the credit card is not issued from Kay jewelers and I asked him if he could remove the fee. He said no……. so I told him I would not be shopping at Kay jewelers anymore because of bad business practices and he literally told me, “well you always have that option”
I advise everyone to stay away from K jewelers because they have no idea how to run a businessSignet Jewelers

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My *********** bought our wedding rings there-both with lifetime warranties. Within months of the wedding, his ring broke. They did replace the initial ring, which was still frustrating that the ring didn't even last a year. Fast forward three years, and the ring broke again. He went in to talk to them about getting it fixed but they told him his LIFETIME warranty was voided because he already used it before. I'm not entirely sure how a lifetime warranty cannot last the life span of the ring, but okay. They then told him that he declined purchasing a new extended warranty when they replaced the ring originally. Which, we wouldn't have done. We would have questioned the "lifetime" part, certainly, but would have gotten a warranty on the ring seeing how the first ring barely lasted 4 months. They refused to do anything for us, at all. They sell junk Jewlery that clearly does not suit its intended purpose. He works in an office; it isn't like he puts the ring through abnormal ************ It never should have broken once, let alone twice within a 5-year period. Read fine print. Question everything. Their lifetime warranty is a complete joke and scam. We have gotten better customer service from the Enzo **** team for the silicone rings we purchased to wear for sports events/swimming/etc. than we have from Zales. It's despicable. We will be going elsewhere to purchase a new ring for him.Signet Jewelers

Absolutely the worst place to purchase jewelry from! The payment system is set up in such a way that you cannot make a payment, therefore the late fees accrue. I have tried numerous times to pay to no avail. I thought I had it paid off so I closed the account and bam! another late fee. There is not enough characters allowed to competently explain how horrible of an experience this has been. Just don't use themSignet Jewelers

Bought a $75 gift card, lost it, never used it. I have the original receipt. Went to the store where purchased, was told couldnt help me, told to call customer service. So I called them and spent 3 1/2 hours on phone, in person and texting, they didnt know what to do. I was told to send photo of receipt but they gave me an invalid email address, I then sent it by text. Eventually customer service told me they would contact the store it was purchased from and they gave me a case number and said store would re issue the gift card so Ive been back to that store 3 times and they keep telling me that they never heard anything about this from the customer service department. I cant understand why this is so difficult for them to resolve or why they keep giving me the runaround, Im not asking for a million dollars, just to re issue a $75 gift card.Signet Jewelers
