      I have tried multiple times to cancel this monthly subscription. I lost my credit card and had to cancel the credit card and have them re-issue me a new credit card with a new number new expiration date new security code. I received several emails for Rocksbox asking for updated payment information. Because I had tried multiple times to cancel this subscription and never received any response from the company I never provided them with my updated payment information. Lo and behold today Im checking my account and there is a $22.47 change from rocks box with my new credit card. This is fraudulent I did not authorize rocs box to process payment on this new credit card. I have called my bank and I am proceeding with fraudulent charges against this company. Please, if anybody is considering joining this monthly subscription do not do it.

      Brought in my garnet ring to get fixed because the stone was chipped. I was told I would get my stone back and when I went to pick up my ring, low and behold….no return of my original stone! I was told their policy was to discard the stone. Really? I specifically asked for my stone back and was told it was no problem. The salesperson even told the manager that this was true when I went to pick up my ring! I’ve shopped and bought a few pieces at Jareds but no longer will I trust them there with any of my jewelry or purchases. I was given $50 off my bill and am awaiting another “replacement” stone in the mail. I wouldn’t trust this compawith anything that is sentimental to you.

      My husband and I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from **** over the past 30 years, this is where he purchased our wedding rings and then up graded them. He just passed away this March which was completely devastating to me and our family.I needed to have the annual inspection done on my bridal set in **** of this year. I took the set to **** and was advised I needed a few repairs. They advised it would take 2 weeks. I received a call just shy of the two weeks and was very excited thinking my rings were ready. I was then advised not only was my ring not ready but IT NEVER MADE IT TO BE REPAIRED AND WAS LOST IN TRANSIT!! I was advised to give them 10 days to do an investigation as well as **** which was also doing an investigation. After 8 days I received a phone call from the manager of **** advising my bridal set was lost but I could just go in and pick another one out!! I advised the manager that was just impossible because my husband past away three months ago and how on earth could I pick another ring or anything out without him, not to mention it WOULD NOT BE MY RING, THE ONE HE PURCHASED FOR ME SO MANY YEARS AGO!! After going back and forth with the manager and assistant manager two months, asking to speak with the district manager and never getting his/her name or phone number and having them be VERY VERY RUDE AND DEFENSIVE friends and family advised me this really needed to be resolved. To say this felt like **** took my husband, best friend, and love of my life again is truly an understatement! This experience sent me deeper into depression! During this time, we discovered thousands of others that this has happened to as well! Some people went to the media to get **** to finally take care of the problem. I couldnt continue with with all this anymore after being advised I was given 3 options, 1 take a ring they found, 2 check for what we paid, 3 pick out something else. I had to get another ring. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ***, ZALES OR JARED!

      Stoped in to ask the store manager, Bob, at the **********, Iowa store a question about a ring my husband gave me for Christmas a few years ago. The manger was very rude and inconsiderate of my feelings. He was aggressive with his words and unhelpful. After this experience, I will not shop there any longer which is disappointing since I own many pieces of jewelry from Kay’s. I would suggest to others to shop else where.

      If I could leave negative stars I would! Trusted this store and company with my most expensive and precious piece of jewelry to repair two prongs on a diamond. Was told could be up to two weeks, would probably be sooner. The email said it would be ready *** pick ** in over two weeks- which is TODAY. Called all day today as it was supposed to be ready. No answer, no professional voicemail, finally someone answered after 7 or more tries. They were going to find out why it wasnt there and call me back Had to call them back again to find out it was being shipped back and might be here Friday or ******* ******* policy is they cant tell me where its coming from- out of state or what. NEVER again!!! I would have used an on-site jewelry repair if I knew it would be over two weeks to begin with. Now were going over three weeks?! Beware. I will never trust this company. The repair wasnt cheap and now I just hope I get my jewelry back- I guess they sent it regular mail and cant even track it?! Also Ive been on hold now with the **** customer service number the whole time Im typing this review. Beware of this company! If I could give negative stars I would. SHAME on you!!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would! I got married June 3, the next day 2 diamonds in my wedding band fell out. Sent it in for repairs and received 2 weeks later. 6 weeks after getting married or 4 weeks after receiving my ring back ANOTHER diamond falls out in the same ring! Sent it in again for repairs and received it after 2 weeks. I have been married for 2 months and have not had a wedding band for 1 month total. Absolutely ridiculous! ANDDDDD their reasoning is because they had to size my ring down. UMMMMM if there was a problem with sizing it down the company should have told us. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM KAY JEWELERS EVER AGAIN.

      I purchased a wedding ring a few years back that was sold to me at a .75 carat Diamond. I just recently had it appraised and its only .62. This cannot be legal or ethical. I paid a huge amount for something worth far less. I have another right that is supposed to be larger and now Im questioning that validity of what I was sold. I will never purchase from such a corrupt company again.

      I bought a ankle bracelet at ***** Jewelry and the only thing I got out of it was a heartache I had to bring this ankle bracelet back four times just to get it fixed the last time it fell off my leg after they fixed it now I don't know where it's at here it is I'm out of money for the bracelet and out of the money for the warranty this is so crazy and I'm so angry about it

      Why I have to give this disgusting business any stars is beyond my comprehension. The people who work at the ******** location are dishonest, untrustworthy. On Saturday July 30,2022 my husband and I were @ the ******* store and while I was finishing up the transaction there, my husband went to the next building over, Jared Jewelry to have our rings cleaned. Then my husband is being told the ring needs to be looked at but the jeweler is not in until Monday. Monday comes no phone call, Tuesday they call my husband with an estimate of $3700 to fix what they say is the small diamonds might fall out. So a little back history on the ring. 4 years ago the same Jared had repaired same ring with actual damage missing 1 diamond, was $1000, now with nothing wrong they say a row of the tiny diamonds might fall out of the work they had done to a non- Jared ring. Thats right folks the ring is over 30 years old is a family heirloom. So upon this horse s*** I decided I would pick up my ring after work. They would not give it to me after the ignorant employee took my drivers license number down. Had another employee get up out of his chair to call my husband. I was like are you f****** serious? They couldnt get ahold of him so they refused to give me my non - jared family heirloom ring. I left that building irate. Will Never shop or have anything to do with Jared Galleria on ******** or any f****** Jared Galleria for that matter. Had the husband go pick up the ring. Was helped by another ignorant employee who gave him the ring as he was walking out the door the ignorant clerk who I spoke with goes excuse me do you have the claim slip? So the drivers license isnt enough? And why after he gets the ring and is almost out the door? Also it is Not. Jared Galleria ring! Such ignorance!

      Zero stars if I could. We ordered a ring from http://zales.shopoutletssstore.com/It is very apparent now that this store is not associated with Zales and is posing as a distributor. We recieved the incorrect item and when we contacted them they said "it is a very good and nice item, please keep it because you don't want to pay to send it back to *****". First off shipping said it came from ******* (***) so they must have lied about that. Secondly they are insisting we keep the incorrect item, that in no way compares to what we ordered. They will not refund ** the full amount or pay for shipping. They asked ** to just pay for a new ring if we wanted the correct one. At this rate I wouldn't buy water from them if I was stranded in the desert. This website is a scam. Do not buy!!
