      Terrible customer service. I purchased a leather sectional and the leather is peeling. Contacted customer service and was told they would send a technician to look at it, if it’s repairable, they charge 70 an hour plus the parts. I had to pay 130.00 dollars to have the technician come in first. Apparently they prefer the customer to toss the 3000k sofa instead of replacing it. I was told they would not replace it. Never buying from Big Sandy again.

      I will never buy from Big Sandy again. Bought a couch and chair in full and when the couch was delivered it didnt have the legs. They said they would call within 72 hrs and never did. Our couch sat flat for almost 3 weeks and every time we would call we would just get the run around. We went in to return the furniture and get a refund and they said they couldnt because we had it longer than 2 or 3 days. We paid a little over $2,000 and the best they could do was $50. Our couch is less than 3 months old and is already broken.
