      They are Terrible We went into Store found what we like Special Order 1/15/2025 and Were told latest Would Be 8 Weeks Were going on 3Mnths and Never Received a Phone call from Either Staff or Management about Our Order iced called every Week got the Same Answer No Change and I was asked if I wanted to Cancel my Order frm a Manager and I said NO and if I did they would Still charge me 30% on cancellation fee ! I just called again today and Received the Same Answer !

      They Tell you 2 to 3 Weeks for Delivery. on March14 2025.and after you pay a Few days later they send you an email say delivery will not be Until Mid to Later May.. Total **...You call them and they Say they Will Call you back and you Do NOT Hear **** From them..

      AWFUL our couch was delivered not work in December. Waited forever for service its still not fixed after two trips here. They will not budge on a refund so we can go get furniture that actually works after paying ***** for this hunk of junk in our living room! They want to send another one! The deliver the first time was so fast they didnt even hook it up all the way!

      Bought a brand new kitchen set had neAir compressor went out on the fridge and they won’t replace the fridge I have to let them replace the part and I even added more warranty. I have to be home for them to repair it and it takes 3 to 4 hours! I will not recommend them to anyone or buy anything else from there!

      Do NOT purchase appliances from Big Sandy Superstore unless you want to be without your appliances for weeks at a time. They will sell you a warranty and then when you need to use it tell you it will be about a month before someone can fix it. I have been without my washer for weeks now and they could care less. This washer isnt even a year old and its the second time its been down for weeks both times. Im over it and Im over their customer service!!!! I will never shop there again!

      Horrible company and horrible service. Filed a claim on the pet policy over 3 months ago and every time I call the delivery date for the parts gets pushed out with no update as to why. Always get told a manager will call to follow up with me and that never happens. I’ve even been hung up on. The furniture is so low quality that the damage caused by my dog just sitting on it and gentle use has gotten worse since filing the claim. By the time they come the couch will have fallen apart. I’ve owned it 1.5 years and it looks like it went to war and is 25 years old. Horrible customer service and quality. Do not recommend whatsoever.

      We purchased 4 new appliances about 6 months ago. The fridge stopped working 2 months after we purchased it. It lucky fell on the manufacture warranty but the customer service was terrible! We went without a fridge for over a month, they came out twice and attempted to fix it before I had to demand they replace it after it had been a month. After owning the microwave for 5 months it stopped heating anything out of nowhere and is still broken after a month. Just like the previous time customer service has been garbage, I even had a lady hang up on me after telling them the schedule time didn't work for me. They have already attempted to fix the microwave once and is scheduled to try again tomorrow 2/24/2025. Safe to say NEVER buy appliances from Big Sandys!

      The delivery guys did fine, but left no manuals or anything (it’s all electronic furniture). The next day, the recliner wasn’t working. Green light is blinking, controls on the side for reclining was blinking. Text the salesperson we purchased it from, and never heard from her. also text the chat bot and that said someone would be reaching out. Still heard nothing. Ended up having to call on 12/7 to finally get a hold of someone, for them to tell me they can’t even send a tech out until 12/26 to look at my recliner. Now I’m paranoid of the other 2 having the same issue. We spent almost $5K on this furniture and less than 24hrs later a piece was broken and have to wait 3 weeks for someone to come look at it. I feel that’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a repair for something brand new. Finally received a replacement recliner on 1/16. Had another tech come out to look at the loveseat that looks completely bent when you recline and not put together right. He of course says it's the "mechanism" and would put in an order to replace it. On 1/28 I receive a text that it's going to take 16-22 weeks to get that part in. Apparently they won't replace the love seat. Brand new furniture that we purchased in November 2024 and delivered in December of 2024. So far, I am not impressed w/ this store at all and I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I've attached pictures of the furniture we bought so everyone knows don't buy this furniture. It's made in Vietnam so if you need something repaired on it, just know you will be waiting 4-5 months at least for the part to come in, then they have to schedule to come to your area and where I live it's another 3-4 weeks out. I've also text the store manager yet again a cpl days ago and I have yet to hear back from him nor from the store when they said they would email the manufacturer about a replacement. This store does not care about you once they get your money. Don't waste your time.

      I purchased two rocker recliners from Big Sandy Superstore .I had trouble with one missing bolts and loose bolts which didn't notice for a while. In the mean time it wore on rocker parts by time I found .I have had chairs app 4 years they should last longer than that . I called thinking they would repair since chair was never right was I wrong. I WOULD NEVER PURCHAS ANYTHING FROM BIG SANDYS SUPERSTORE AGAIN. MY OPINION IS THERE STUFF IS TRASH DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE !!!

      NEVER PURCHASE FROM BIG SANDY PARKERSBURG, WV. I purchased a 5piece sectional on 4/17/24 the price was 4,000. I bought the 5 year warranty. I just called on January 22nd to ask if they would be able to move it to my new home. No they can't, so I had to pay for a uhaul. Did that and was PERSISTENT ON THAT I NEEDED it to be clean. They mopped it out but still got a black mark down the side of my couch. Now BIG SANDY said they covered all spills, tears, cleaning, any and everything! But now they tell me they can quote me a local cleaner because they won't cover it? With a 500 dollar warranty??? They told me it was my fault. They can't do anything about it but have me pay someone else more when they are the ones who are supposed to clean it. But they'll clean up **** stains from animals which I don't have on here? Oh okay. What is the point of charging someone when you won't even cover it?? So now I'm trying to get my refund for the insurance and you think it would go back to me for my couch right?? WRONG! IT GOES TOWARDS A STORE CREDIT AND I CAN GET SOEMTHING ELSE! NO! I'm never EVER paying for something from this business again, if you can even call it that. They are a SCAM. DONT EVER PURCHASE FRON HERE EVER!! They won't help you with nothing after you paid a good amount of money. They will tell you you have to fix it yourself but first they won't explain any detail that you need to know about it. You can only find it online. I have my paper work in hand and it STILL DOESNT SAY THEY WONT COVER IT! Horrible place.
