      Very Bad results all around. Im Leasing a 2023 Sportage KIA since they only gave me 5000 on a trade in of my 2015 Kia and since I didnt do a down payment of 5000 they said would you like to lease a Kia and I said ok, but Im still not doing a down payment. so I got this car after all this pushing me into this deal, back in April of 2022 and Now remind you this is a 2023 KIA sportage that its so hard to get (as they say) I drove down to Newark, OH to see my daughter and we went out to eat then as we was droving her back to the dorm, all of a sudden the car was acting so weird, so we had to pull over to turn it off and we tried turning it back on and it wouldn't A Engine came on and thats it. So I had to wait for a towing guy to pick up my car and This was from my insurance company that I paid 30 dollars and now I have to pay 300 for a rental, and I called them up this morning, and still NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, they said APPTS. come first. so very upset with this KIA companies. Im also paying *****. 105 dollars, Road Hazard 595 dollars and Service Contract 1,300 that I never knew it was on contract until I read this yesterday. This is bull crap. Ill never lease a car again, or get another KIA again. I want to know about this car NOW.

      When I bought my car on 12/8/2022,I had seen the tv commercial about getting a gas card with purchase. However after we concluded our deal,they said I was not eligible for the card. The tv commercial led me to believe I only needed to buy the car. The gas card would be so helpful to a senior citizen, such as myself on a small fixed income. I felt the tv ad is misleading. I feel cheated.

      Worse service and rental service area. Bought a Kia, Optima and had to have the entire engine replaced by KIA. It took Ricart over 2 months to fix car. Had to sign a rental agreement for a car because they do not provide courtesy vehicles. Due to length of time to fix my car, I had to renew vehicle and was charged over mileage two times. How is this ? If I had my car this is my normal mileage due to work commutes, etc. Over $300 in charges. In addition, the service area is lacking efficiency, customer service in rental area has overall terrible business practices on behalf of customers and no consideration for value of customers time or schedules.

      We bought a $50000 car 3 weeks ago from Ricart with only $17000 miles. It started leaking oil right away. Its been back at Ricart for a week and we cant get anyone to answer our phone calls or tell us whats wrong with it or where it is. *** also contacted an attorney. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience *****

      If I could give zero stars I would! We were sent to Ricart by the auto body shop we used that fixed our car from hitting a deer. They removed my bumper fixing 2 sensors. I noticed my bumper was off and not on right. After over an hour they come back and try to say the bumper bracket was broken from Before. They proceeded to tell my husband it was in the paper work. When asked to show where, he says right here and points to the forward collision bracket which is NOT the bumper bracket. He would know that if he were reputable! Then proceeds to say if we want it fixed it would be $200!!!! What In the world!!! I have never experienced such blatant shadiness in all of my life! Bold face lies! They have no document to even prove their own story! Thankfully our auto body shop will take care of it and then deal with this sleazy company! Stay away! Dont do any business with them! You will feel dirtier than the rats that crawl around the subways of ***!
