    They received 20 bottles on the 04/04/25 and have not heard anything from company.I read the reviews it's seem like a scammer is hard at work.

    I sent them test strips last week and havent heard from them in regards to payment and its almost a week. Normally they are good with this stuff.

    i sent a fairly large order to this company, it was received by them on 9/18/2024 at 2:14 pm. I sent a email to support asking when the payment would be sent out. I was advised by email to check back on Friday9/20/2024 for a update . On 9/20/2024 i subitted another email asking for a update on payment at 12:04pm I received a reply back saying the payment would be posted today. At 5:30pm 9/20/2024 I attempted to email and call them requesting a update on when payment will be posted. It is now 6:16pm on 9/20/2024 and the company has refused to acknowledge my phone call, texts, or emails to provide me a answer. Also ****** does not shown anything pending for my account either. Looks like i got scammed and now out of $$ for food

    This company sent me 20 check and I sent over 200 dollars in products do not sent them your supplies they are scammers. They do not send you the money I have tried to email and nothing. Please pay me my money Sin city pays you in Vegas do not recommend these people. That’s bad to scam poor people that have diabetes.

    Took my strips over 10 boxes and paid me nothing. Claims my boxes do not match their pictures. And refuses to send them back. What a crock

    We appreciate the opportunity to address this customer's concerns.Upon reviewing this case, we found that the test strips and lancets the customer sent us were marked for ******** and ******** use only. Due to regulations, we are not permitted to purchase or resell these items, as they are restricted for specific use.Our website clearly states that if we receive items that we are unable to purchase, we do not send them back. Unfortunately, this policy applies in this case as well.If the customer has any further questions they should feel free to reach out to us.

    Stay as far away from this company as possible. They make senior disabled citizens go through a lot of work to get a check from them and then they send a worthless bad check. *** ***** ******* Store, a major company, could not verify this company and therefore refused to cash the check. When the company was contacted about this the phone line was busy 24/7 and every text reply offered worthless solutions. These people are crooks of the lowest kind and 100% dishonest. They take advantage of ill senior citizens.

As a result, the check was issued with the incorrect name, which unfortunately led to difficulties in cashing it.We are more than happy to correct this issue.     Easy to deal with. Just sent my second box of strips to them yesterday. On the scheduled day of delivery of my first check, my rural route carrier's vehicle caught fire and my check was destroyed before being delivered. I contacted DSTS and they were very helpful in getting a replacement check issued.
