    I've been trying to be patient but this company needs help. They have potential to be great but evidently they've hired all friends and family at this place because it seems like Everytime I send in a shipment it's some type of excuse.NO customer service anymore.there used to be a man who answered the phone, but not anymore. He was awesome. A lady recently tried to be of assistance but nothing else. I sent in boxes and they've received them Saturday and when Monday came here go the bull **** story of it not being processed yet. Seems like they're only concerned about off days. I know I'm not the only customer but people be waiting and counting on that lil money. Then all of a sudden when it's payment time we are supposed to be responsible for ****** fees or whatever. I'm very impatient and I'm tired of waiting without an explanation. If it wasn't for them being the highest payer, wouldn't nobody deal with them. Yes they pay but be consistent and reliable.
