    I been dealing with Diabetic Surplus for 2 years now and I never had a problem, I done send them strips about 23 times and they always send me my check with out a problem so I don't understand why people feel how they feel just gotta be patient n you will save yourself from talking bad about a business thats actually A good one ??

    They are terrible at giving you the BONUS CASH they advertise. After sending in 21 boxes, mostly test strips, and lancets, they failed to pay the BONUS CASH, paying just $36.

    We state on the bonus coupon that you have to send in 200 test strips that are bought in at full price. You sent in 9 boxes that we do not buy, 5 boxes that are short date, they have to be at least 8 months out to be full price and one box with an open seal.

    I sent this scam company my unused test strips and unused needles, in May of 2021, they in turn sent me a e-mail on June 7, 2021, stating they received my package. The order number they gave me was wrong and waited and called them today 2-3-2023, only to talk to a RUDE customer service employee. Who finally checked and told me my packages were damage, that's why I didn't receive a check. That was a lie they were brand new sealed from the drugstore, I started using a different brand. This company is a SCAM!!!! Do not use them VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

    Sent these scammers 4 boxes of 50 strips.Suppose to receive 10 per 50 strips. Don't know what math they learned but 40 is what I should have gotten. Liars.

    We pay $10 a box for the retail strips however you sent the mail order strips indicated by the red stripe across the top of the box and we pay a reduced price for these items
