  Very aggressive rude lady that called me a liar and said I was screaming at her when I simply asked when could I expect payment.. said I never asked in prior phone call and that it could take over a week or longer to get paid after telling me it would be processed the same day it was received, post office says delivered on Friday .. she says no it was not .. tracking says it was delivered. She started telling me that I was rude and not to call back.. and I was absolutely stunned at how utterly rude and aggressive she was .. no professional service at all she was belittling and belligerent.. hung up! Still stunned ..

  I sent in 2 boxes of 100. I was expecting $60. They sent me $18. Boxes were 1&2 months old. What's up with that. Don't hold your breath. Waiting for them to do anything right.

  Please don't use this Company. I have used them for about 2 years and there was no problem. I shipped out perfectly 4 mint condition boxes one touch ultra blue 10/16/23. The box was finally picked up 10/23/23 and it has been sitting there since 10/19/23. I called 10/23/2023 and I get a recording every time, all representatives are busy. It use to be, you could call and speak with a live person. The only reason I got a call back, I'm a recurring customer. Per voicemail recurring customer could only leave a voicemail. SMH I did get a call back from a girl and said she would check it out. After a week, my money still hasn't post to PayPal. I called again Friday 10/27/23, spoke with the girl again, promises she will check into it, to get this handled. I was Levid, it was Monday 10/30/23 still no money post. Called again, same run around story. Finally 10/31/23 payment posted. I was so upset about the amount posted. I called again. The story is some of my boxes was damaged and couldn't use them. After all this time really. I sent mint condition boxes, verified them myself. Kept in the pharmacy bag it came in. I packed them up with buble wrap as I usually do. It use to be no more than 2 business days and payment posted after they picked box up. Now they take their time picking the boxes up. The girl told me, she's telling the customers it could be a 2 week turn around. Ridiculous!! Well they need to change on their site, Fast Payment, and say 2week turnaround. I told her I will never use this Company ever again. From reading other reviews, I had no idea so much negative rating on Rip-off reports too. Beware using this company. I was a good faithful customer. I won't be doing business again.

  Sent in over 10 boxes of test strips the box was delivered to them on 10/21/2023 and was supposed to be *** *** for the money and here it is 10/25/2023 and no answering the phones and no response from emails to them so sad please don't do this to your customers

  The customer has sent orders into our company several times and was paid promptly. We have looked through our shipping program for all PrePaid shipping labels we have sent the customer and none of them that have not been used have any tracking activity with ***** Perhaps the customer sent the items she is referring to to another company.

  My recent Test strips were as 3 ea box of 100 and a single box of 50, by the sheet I had it should of been $171, instead they pp me $99, why send us the box prepaid with a pricing guide if you are going to change the prices, Granted it was a March box I received and used, but ****** that is a $72 cut. What gives? And I also requested a written check this time instead of ****** because they charge me for their services and charge me again to transfer the funds to my bank. Did the market change that much in 3 months?

  I sent in 3 boxes of 100 test strips each. Their add stated $50 per box. Also, a $15 early bonus was offered at the same time. I should have received $195!!
  I received $130 via *** *** which I did not want. I requested a check.
  So where is the rest of my money!!

  THEY RECEIVED MY STRIPS AND LANCETS A WEEK AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT FOR THEM THE GUY KEEPS SAYING THEY IT WILL BE SENT OUT BUT IT IS A BIG LIE DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR STRIPS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

  I have a email from this company offering me 11.50 per box. I called this am to find out that they will not accept the strips and threw them out. It smells like a scam. I sent them in 12 box's.

  We have never bought Verio 10 packs in the past nor will we in the future. These are the sample size boxes that come with Verio meters. Either you emailed a different company or misrepresented what you were trying to sell.
