*************************** was the gentleman that came out to check my water heater and I mentioned that I was having problems with my furnace. No heat to be exact. He explained that I would have to make an appointment for the heat issue because that was a separate department. But after he fixed my water heater, he actually did take the time to look over my furnace and re-lit the piolet light. As we talked, I learned he wasn't only a tech, but a supervisor as well. Great customer service and so professional. Now I have hot water and a warm home again.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

I was hosed by the Eco Plumbers! I thought I would get an honest charge for cleaning a backed up (not blocked) bath tub drain, as I had a good experience when they replaced my water heater. HOWEVER, I was given a bill for $426!!! The only service was to snake the drain, which took less than 30 minutes total for the entire time the plumber was in my house. I waited 4 days for them to arrive, so needed to have the cleaning done asap. Afterwards, I got quotes from other businesses in the area - low of $89 and high of $125. When I called to ask about the more than double the cost from other businesses, I was given the "you signed the estimate - too bad for you" response. To me, this is poor customer service, and taking advantage of a senior woman. My advice - don't let them in to your home unless you have several quotes from other businesses. Basically, I was charged over $800/hr. VERY UNSATFIED customer!!! I would give them a negative rating but no way to do that.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Unfortunately, this is not what happened. I talked to Eco Plumbers at least twice concerning the service and the cost. I NEVER was given any other options/prices to unclog the slow drain. If the $426 is their "job cost" to unclog a slow bathtub drain, then NO ONE should have them do this service. Columbus area residents are being hosed by Eco Plumbers. If anyone out there thinks that $426 is a good price to pay to unclog a slow drain, then you must have money to throw around. Maybe since I am a senior woman, had to clear my schedule from noon-7pm on the day they indicated they would be coming, and waited 5 days for the appointment and had no other choice, they could take advantage of me. I think so. Like I said initially, if I could have given a negative review, I would have done so.Review frommike C

EcoPlumbers is THE best service provider in Central ****. I've had work done by EcoPlumbers a few times in the past and had very good experiences. When a faucet leak occurred last week I didn't hesitate to call my friends at EcoPlumbers. The young man who came to my house last week for the faucet repair service call did not ****** impress. A long story short I did not feel comfortable with this gentleman and we had a disagreement over what was involved and necessary to fix the situation in my bathroom. The young man departed my home and no work was done....within 5 minutes my phone rang and it was Supervisor *******************. *** wanted to know why I was not happy with the first plumber's work...I explained the situation in detail and *** listened and responded very positively. *** agreed to personally oversee my faucet situation and he would personally come out to my house to do what was necessary to make me a satisfied customer. *** came out to the house immediately (that day) and he apologized for the young man's service but most importantly he said, "**************...we're going to make this right and I'm committing to you that I will personally ensure you are happy with the outcome. *** ordered the necessary parts and fixtures and had them delivered (asap) to my home. As soon as the parts were delivered *** and his plumber *********************** came to my house. They troubleshooted the faucet problem and explained everything to me in easy to understand language so I knew exactly what the problem was and what was necessary to fix the problem. *** was an experienced young man who knows how to turn a wrench and he worked closely under ***'s supervision. The faucet leak was fixed and everything was working perfectly (*** and *** even fixed a drain issue at that sink which I was not aware of) They did all work to my satisfaction and I told them that their "Happiness Guarantee" is ROCK SOLID and I'm a customer for life.
