Total rip off. I had them look at and quote on a sewer line repair from my sink / dishwasher. It would require opening an 8 inch block wall to find / repair the problem.They quoted me $5,450 and perhaps more if the issue is bigger. My response was "hell no".I have worked in the building trades for 50 years, and $540 would be a lot for the work to be done. I am 71 yr old with arthritis, but this is the reason why I keep doing things myself. It took me 2 hours to do the job including going to Lowes for parts. I feel sorry for the folks that never learned to use tools or their brain.

My daughter lives in a townhouse condo that my husband and I purchased for her. The upstairs full bathroom had an issue; there was leaking from a crack in the tub. We live in ********** and asked our daughter to make some calls to find a repair. She called Eco Plumbers. Someone came out to assess the situation, called me to explain, and the best solution was to get a bathtub/ shower combo. He sent an invoice along with a photo of what the replacement would be. He asked for half of the money up front. I have had many repair and remodel jobs done in our homes over the years BUT NO ONE has ever asked for money up front. Then they did a lousy job and charged the rest without discussing or going over the invoice with me. The invoice is not itemized- telling how much for the replacement, demolition etc. We paid $11,000 for a remodel with gaping holes in the drywall and floor. They said that is our responsibility to drywall and repaint. I did expect some touch up painting but not a huge gap all the way around the tub, shower and floor. I expected a completed job or I would have gone with someone else. Now we have to dry wall and re-tile over their mistakes. $11,000 was a struggle and now we will have to pay more for a fix. They did someone to fix it by applying plastic and duct tape over the open gaps.And then we realized they did not give the replacement that was promised but one that appears of lesser quality. I feel as though we have been taken as we have no idea what we paid $11,000 for except a bait and switch. Everyone we have talked to has been very nice and has come out to try to work with us with one exception. The main rep we first talked with did not return quickly to help resolve the issue for a week. Please be aware of what you are getting or not getting with this company.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Eco-Plumbers has restored my faith in honest hard working people. I found them thru ************ after a nightmare of an experience with another plumber who left me with a mess and weeks without any kind of call back - as of this date still none. Eco-Plumbers answered the phone *** was extremely pleasant and assured me I would get a call back from scheduling, I did - **** called listened to my rant, was attentive to my concerns and set me up for the next day. *********************** with Eco-Plumbers came out assessed the job had ******************* come out went over my options - patiently walked me through the financing. *********************** and ****** have been here everyday they said they would be, both men working diligently - new gas lines, new hot water tank and they are making all the calls for the inspections. Eco-Plumbers are the company to have in your home, respectful, polite, professional and they communicate with you. Top shelf company for sure!Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
