      Completely unprofessional!35 minutes on hold to reach a human being regarding a damaged shipment that ***** would not deliver! It seems ***** damaged a shipment, and told me to contact the shipper, *********************************I listened to 35 minutes of on-hold recordings stating how *********** isn't happy until I'm happy. *******!My order was damaged by *****, and they refused to send a replacement and would only credit my charge card in 3-5 days. If I want a replacement, I have to go and re-order on my own. I requested a manager, who again said *********** policy is only to credit my account because their systems won't allow them to send out a replacement order. I wasted my time ordering, my time waiting for delivery, and almost an hour on the phone for a completely unsatisfactory result. Their public statement that they will resolve concerns to the customer's satisfaction is fraudulent, as no attempt was made to replace my order, which is all I wanted and asked for 4 times.They have lost yet another customer. I will not use *********** ******************** again, and I will be sure to share my story. There are far better customer service options. 0 stars should be a review option.

      They send my email as many as3 per day, every day! I have tried to unsubscribe but there is no link. I erased 230 spam mail today and new there are so many more already.They were not in my emails until today and new they are dated back to a year ago! You cannot Unsubscribe. Each one must be trashed. Separately. How did they suddenly appear enmasse?I tried to respond but the mail does not respond. Make it go away.. Please!!!Make it stop.. Help me!

      I went to a store in ****** ***** for a liquidation sale . The store is moving . I live about45 minutes from this store . We got there early and waited for store to open . When store opened manager infrastructure is no liquidation sale that day . They had been telling customers weeks before when sale would started. Just a scam to get customers in store . No signage was up . Asked about price and was informed what ever it scanned that is what you would pay. Talk about a scam !!!!! Very disappointed. I have shopped at this store for 12 years. What a way to treat customers.

      MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE YOU HAVE DOUBLE THE ***** PRICE IN YOUR ACCOUNT. I often shop in a physical Joanns store and have had no issues, but I have a client that needed a few things that were only available online. My total was 102, which was immediately pending on my bank account. Which I was expecting. Thats what I had to spend on that. But then the next day I have a ***** pending charge from Joanns. And another charge and another charge. They authorize your total. Then send your items separately or in groups then charge your card again for the totals of each of those packages. And yes the pre authorization will be returned. But in the meantime Im essentially charged double. Had to run and deposit extra money so my other transaction would go through. Will never order online from Joanns again and may not ever shop in an physical store again.

      I purchased a product on line using a additional coupon. I later changed my mind and wanted to return it. I actually wanted to cancel it and it wasn't even 24 hours. I was told I couldn't cancel it I used PayPal. I was told if I returned to the store I would not get a refund to my account only a store credit that you could only use in their store. Or wait until the sent me a return label in which I would have to pay for the shipping. Basically they are holding my money hostage. I do t regularly shop there. So what would I do with their gift certificate very very poor business tactics

      I ordered online for some embroidery stuff. I chose Apple Pay and was told that the transaction was not successful and to please try again. I tried again via credit card and it worked. However, now I have two orders coming and two 60$ charges!!! I wrote customer service and theyre incredibly unhelpful. First you only get a bot. Then I asked to have the Apple Pay order refunded because it wasnt my fault and I cant afford this twice. They refused and tell me I need to go to a store to return stuff. I now have to spend gas on an issue that was caused bei Joann. Ive asked to get my issue escalated and wrote multiple messages but nobody will answer me anymore. As a customer service employee myself, this is unacceptable customer service and resembles fraud.

      Joann store in ********, ***. is so nasty. Has not been swept or mopped in months. I have pictures. Wrote to corp. office they have been going to send someone out there for weeks. Was in there today nothing has been done. Now even outside the store and trash can is paper bags and nasty. Someone do something about this store. I am calling the city.
