There customer service department doesn't take care of the problems with the system. It has been over a month and my system is still not working. They don't return your call and do not take care of the problem. I'm sick and tired of calling them.

I had a tub installed and after 30 days we started having problems. It's been 2 1/2 years and cannot get anyone to service our tub. Cannot even get a phone call back from service department. This place is Horrible.Leaf Home Stair Lift

My husband and I are both over 80. We really need a stair lift. We paid over $8,000. It was "installed" three weeks ago. For two weeks it sounded like a smoke alarm 24/7. Then it stopped working altogether. I have tried to talk to them many times. Three numbers they gave me do not work. When I reach somebody, we get disconnected or "someone will get back to "you". They never do. When I called for their address, I was told "Ohio", and then they hung up.My husband and I are both not well. We do not deserve this. What must we do to get our money back so we can purchase a system that works? With all of the terrible reviews, why is this company rated "A+"?Leaf Home Stair Lift

1 starMy wife fell and broke her hip so we needed to get a walk in shower quickly. I called Leaf Home Bath. The price seemed very high, but we needed it quickly so I gave them the go ahead. There were several issues with the installation, including a hose they installed broke and soaked all the drywall, they brought the wrong shower and had to return to get the right one and they installed the shelf poorly (the screws stuck out a 1/4 of an inch and it was not flush. The caulking looked like it was done by a 5 year old. After several attempts to get hold of them they finally sent some one to fix the issues. The caulking was redone, but he could not fix the shelf, the screws were in crooked. I am sure water will get behind the wall and cause problems. The only time the company called was to berate me. If you want a very expensive, mediocre shower that will have issues down the road with lousy customer service, this is the company for you. For the price it should have been elegant, but it looks like something in a 2 star motel.Review fromCarrie P

1 starWhat the sales guy showed us and what we got is 2 totally different things. They don't answer calls, don't show up when they said they would. It's been 7 months! Bath room is still not finished all they keep saying is they will fix it. They have tried three times and it still looks terrible. Rediclious about of money for very cheap products.Review fromDave M

1 starI believe this company is a total SCAM. I have had 2 appointments scheduled with them. One for last Friday August 2 at 2PM. Someone called me at 2:20 and said the man was tied up on his previous call and totally cancelled mine. I called the number provided and rescheduled for Tuesday 8-6-24 at again 2PM. This time they called at 11AM saying he would be tied up with his previous Appt. and could not make my 2PM time. Wait a minute, he knew in the morning he would be tied up the rest of the day? There are too many good reliable companies out there for anyone to even think about doing business with Leaf Home Bath also known as Planet Bath and Leaf Home Gutter Company.Review fromMadeline B

They installed a straight stairlift yesterday. It's unusable!!!! It leans so bad that when you sit down the only thing bately holding you in the seat is the little belt. Instead of sitting upright, as the lift goes down your body leans that way as well. Either the installer as no idea what he was doing or the lift is junk. The salesman made all kinds of promises when talking us into this unit, none of which were true. He told us that there is a life time warranty. That we would never have to worry about paying for another sales call. He lied. The only thing that lifetime warranty covers is the little plastic piece in the rail. He also told us that the installer would put in a handrail so my husband would be able to hold on to that as he was getting into the chair. That was also a lie. The installer said, "No, it wasn't on the paperwork." They need to come get this piece of junk and refund my mine so that we can get a system that works!Leaf Home Stair Lift

1 starThey completely falsely represented themselves and LIED about how they do business. Told me they manufacture and produce ALL their own materials and own the process A to Z 100%. That the other competitors ALL buy their materials from them which is whybthey can offer such great deals! TOTAL B.S!!! They said they woukd have the install full completed on 1 day, 2 day **** What they did not tell you is that they wouldn't put the DOOR to the shower on for another 5 to 6 weeks! I signed my agreement on May 24! It is now July 10!! And no shower door! Also they out fit the install to *********** and the glass is from ************************ out of ***********, not ******* where their operation is from! They charged me 15k which I financed however the quality of the materials is terrible! The ring around the shower head is not even glued on! On top of that my shower pressure has been cut in half and I feel like I'm in the Seinfeld episode where they all have flat hair because the screwed up my water pressure! Then they told me to fix the pressure issue by DISMANTLING the shower head, OF WHICH I PAID FOR AND FINANCED, and remove a piece of plastic in the hose!!! What?!?!?! They have tried to rectify this by sending me a check for 3k to compensate for their lies and deception and crappy product! Which i have yet to recieve becasue they did not communicate any steps of the process clearly at all! Allnof which I called about to find out the status of only to be belittled by their finance lady who could not have been more rude and she hung up on me! I have had to call this company 20 times to get answers and some sort of resolve! It's a nightmare to deal with them and ultimately they just flat out LIED TO ME TO MY FACE AND IN MY HOME! Do not do business with this jerk of a company! They should be put out of business for misrepresentation and deceptive business practices! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Review fromKenneth W

They said all they needed was email and phone number to make sure I was human. It is all a lie. Never did get any information just bombarded with phone calls. Ask them not to call and they just continue to call several times a day. When we block them, they just keep calling from another phone number.Leaf Home Stair Lift

5 starsI did have a problem, but it was resolved by the regional manager and his team. I am more than satisfied with the response, the resolution just took more time than I expected. My family, especially my brother in law, ******, worries that my MS and independence are not congruent, however, even he is satisfied that everything is on track. Thank you for responding. ** ***
