Well, where do I start. 4 days ago I called the company, Leaf Home Safety Solutions, to report that our chair lift was not working. I was told that my information would be forwarded and I would be receiving a call back. 3 hous went bt and I called back. I was told that time that it could take up to 24 hours for a call back. I waited until the next afternoon and was told again that my information was forwarded, but that she would look it up and told me she had to put in a ticket. I assumed this had already been done. I told her that my wife really needed the chair and she said they would call by the end of the day. We'll they did not, and I called again the next morning. This time I was told that my information was sent. I told her I wanted to make a formal complaint and was again told they would contact me bybthe end of the day. I never got to speak to anyone else. I went online and sent in an email to complain. I never received a call or a reply to my email. I waited again until the next afternoon and called. I said I wanted to t all to a manager and why. She placed me on hold for a manager, and I was on hold forever. She finally came back and said she was sorry, but they had become very busy due to the company being split and that they were working very hard to get to calls. Then I asked who I could complain to she told me the managers. She said they would get back to me by Monday and hopefully it would be resolved by Wed. I said that Wed. was too late because my wife depended on that chair. She again apologized but that they were so busy and that was the problem. I agreed to the call. I understand being busy, but when I purchase a product with the lifetime guarantee of service I expect that. At least a call to let me know of the situation. Not multiple calls on my part to end up finding out 4 days later the situation. I think this is very poor business, and would no longer recommend this company. Don't purchase from them.

Run!!!! I signed a contract yesterday and I was told by the receptionist who stated her name was ******* that either the Sales Manager **** or ******* will have to meet with me to cancel my contract. When I told her I was not available I asked for their phone number or email and was told that it was personal. I gave them a $5000 deposit and called USAA who recommended that I call and cancel the contract. Since they would not give me the last name or phone number:I found the email that they sent me and noticed **** email address and sent him and ***** the sales rep I signed with an email to cancel my contract and return my $5000 deposit. Plus I did a few blind copies for legal purposes especially after reading all your complaints.Leaf Home Stair Lift

This is for a stairlift and I'm a senior. Salesperson was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Installation was scheduled within a week. Installer was prompt, clean, friendly, and spent time showing me and then having me use it. However within 2 weeks it started beeping constantly. I called the service number and was told I would have to call an Ohio number ; I live in another state. After leaving messages over 2 days, I finally got a call back with a service appointment. I had thought this was a local company. The service man showed up on time. When I told him the problem about the beeping, he immediately stated that if it was the battery, it would cost $300. I told him he should determine the problem first. Also said the lift was recently installed, and I wasn't going to pay for a new battery. He then checked out the system and determined the battery had somehow been disconnected. He said an extension cable should be connected to move the battery to a better location around the wall instead of under the stairs. That solved the problem.Leaf Home Stair Lift

The system installed has been modified several times over the year and 3 months that is has been in situ. Every attempt has been fruitless. It simply doesn't soften our well water.The local office never phones us back and we have called the main customer service number countless times to complain. They tell us someone will phone by end of business hours the next day, but no one attempts to contact us. We have installed two new hot water heaters one for the house and one for our garage apartment, these are going to get corroded and messed up with limestone if this company continues to do nothing to help. The last time they came out it was to take photographs of the water because their latest idea was that there was tannins in the water. That was over a month ago and we haven't heard back from them.We have phoned customer service and told them we want them to remove it and give us our money back. When the salesman came out and tested our water he told us this system came with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are certainly not satisfied!Leaf Home Stair Lift

The phone calls even after blocking them are relentless. If you answer they dont say anything but they leave the same robo message to voicemail. EVERYSINGLE.DAY from different numbers.Leaf Home Stair Lift
