If I could give it, zero stars, I would these people pray on people who are vulnerable and naïve. Do not trust them with any products. Do not believe them, and do not allow them into your home. My experience was I was looking for a chairlift for my mom and at the same time I was also consulting with other companies about a shower and bathroom update. I should’ve seen all the red flags but I did not at the time but I did once I was introduced to the manager and the installation team. When I finally saw the materials that they wanted to use, I was flabbergasted. They do not use quality materials; they’re very subpar. If not the lowest grade you can possibly get and they use products inside the shower that are not satisfactory to even be used in a shower. There’s just a lot that they are just incompetent and I would definitely advise to look elsewhere, please.Leaf Home Stair Lift

The calls are horrendous. Doesn't STOP. I've blocked and still keep calling from different numbers. Can we report this to the FCC? This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable. Leaf Home Safety Solutions AKA LHSS, I was hard sold, asi was very ill. I gave the salesman a deposit of $2,000 dollars. The day after and within my right to refusal. I was told in essence, why dont you just try it, another hard sell. Well once it was installed I was shocked. I had no recourse what so ever. Noooo returns, now its yours. Period ! Told me to sell it what a joke. It was $7,000.00. And its the most expensive one. Guess I shouldve stopped payment on the check. The stair glide is not suitable for my home. My stairs are very narrow. No return policy at all. My husband is 85 and Im 77 this is not what we expected. What a shame. The company telling me to sell it. Its yours lady, sell it, as we dont sell used ones..Do I have any recourse ?Leaf Home Stair Lift

I contracted Leaf Home Safety Solution to senior proof my two bathrooms and put a chair lift in. Although there were several hip-cups a long the way but this company worked very quickly to fix the problems that were encountered. I am very grateful that this company put ******* in charge of overseeing this process because he did an amazing job of keeping me up to date with everything and he got the contractors to come and fix my problems promptly. Also thank you to ******* and his partner for getting my master bedroom shower done in just one day. I am very happy with very sturdy chair lift and the two beautiful bathrooms. Overall, I highly recommend this companyLeaf Home Stair Lift
