During our consult the salesman, **** ******, took the time show us tons of pictures, go over all the options, and he even explained how I should clean my new tub and what chemicals were safe and unsafe on the marble we chose. I was so excited that in 1 day I would have the bathroom of my dreams. Install day started early around 8 AM. When I arrived home at 6PM I was surprised to see they were still there. Finally between 8:30-9PM they let us know that we had to wait 24 hours to use it, but they had finished. When I went to inspect my beautiful bathroom I was appalled by the size of the tub. It takes up 80% of the room-any sales person should have advised against this. And all that beautiful marble that we talked intensively about cleaning was actually PLASTIC-no way around this one we were straight up lied to. We ordered 2 grab bars-only 1 was installed. A small detail with a border was also never installed. The shower curtain rod was also not sent. So for the next week I had to shower in the corner because there was no rod for the curtain-when it finally did come it was in oil rubbed bronze and all my other fixtures are matte black. During that week we also noticed that the crew had busted the water line while they were installing. Now my yard and street are water logged as we wait on the city of ******* to make a repair. I think it is safe to say we will not be using leaf for any other home projects. Looking back when the salesman came to our house for the consult he ignored a phone call explaining he wanted to make sure he focused on us. At the end of the consult he actually played the message that his customer left him for us to hear. It was an elderly woman with an issue with her tub size. I should have seen this red flag and run, but I didn't and now I too have an issue with the size of my tub among other things!Leaf Home Bath

My tub was supposed to be installed on 8/30/24. I got everything ready and when tech showed up he said electrician was necessary even though salesmen had checked. It's 3 weeks later and I can't get response from them. Very disheartening because there is great need for this tub.Leaf Home Bath

What we were told we were getting and what we got was two TOTALLY different things. Cheap materials tried to redo the shower 3 times. It still leaks and it's been 8 months. ******!! And I don't have a functioning shower. Hope we can save anyone else from this company it's not right!!Leaf Home Bath

The next day after I signed the contract on August 21, 2024, I decided that the price quoted me was entirely too much. I called the 630 # and left a request that someone call me regarding my desire to cancel my project. I did not receive a call back. I wanted to hear from ***** ******,the consultant that quoted my price. I got repeated requests to schedule my installation. I called again to let them know I did not want to schedule an installation. The first time today I got a call from a woman named ********, requesting again that I should schedule my installation. I stated that I have been trying to reach someone to let Leaf know my request. She said the materials for my project have already been ordered. Another problem I had was the first time I was sent a copy (PDF) I was unable to download it. The lady ******** was calling from a number id as Bath Planet. She said she would give my message for someone to call me. I am very frustrated that I can't speak to someone who can help me. Thank you, ******** *****Leaf Home Bath

Hiring this company for an acrylic bathtub and shower combo with new walls and glass sliding doors has been disastrous. The first crew unloaded incorrect materials which I had to point out. The manager reordered them.Two weeks later, a different crew came. While courteous, they rushed, resulting in chipped tiles and minor wall and ceiling damage, which we had to point out. Their fix with caulk quickly failed.Once "finished," our driveway was littered with debris. The caulking was messy, with visible cracks, looking unprofessional, and the glass doors were installed backward.Contacting the manager required multiple attempts and texts with photos. Another technician tried to fix the caulk but worsened it, scratching the tub and leaving rough caulk. We were not warned about a 3-inch gap between the tub and tiled floor, forcing us to consider new flooring. They added an unattractive 4-inch plastic strip, poorly painted with latex paint already peeling.Despite the parent companys good reputation, this branch had no reviews. Their mid-range price seemed reasonable, but we regret our choice. Now, we feel we need to redo this nearly $9,000 project ourselves. Although they attempted fixes, they lack skilled professionals. For the price, we expected a beautiful result, not this mess. I should have received a discount for repairs I now have to undertake. I do not recommend this company at all.Leaf Home Bath

This company is stealing money from 57 year old's. We paid for our shower on 6.24.24 today is 8.23.24 and we still do not have a shower that we requested. We paid ************************************************************************************** within 10 days. Now, they are claiming the shower we requested was not the one put into the contract by the salesman (who has now left the company) Management keeps making excuses, they refuse to refund our money or put in the shower we have requested. We have been without a Master Bath for 90 days now. They must not really make the products they use, as we have been told they do not have the panels we requested. What makes this even more interesting is the shower picture we want is on their website! We are at our wits end. They have our money and we do not have a shower.Leaf Home Bath

1 starWe had them come out a fix their first shower .... now it's got a bow in the wall. Mold is under the caulk (not where I can access it) let alone not white...mold accumulates behind the shelf so you would have to unscrew the shelf!Was told the doors won't be right because they don't shore up the walls. They completely falsely represented themselves and LIED about how they do business. Told me they manufacture and produce ALL their own materials and own the process A to Z 100%. That the other competitors ALL buy their materials from them which is whybthey can offer such great deals! TOTAL ***!!! They said they woukd have the install full completed on 1 day, 2 day **** What they did not tell you is that they wouldn't put the DOOR to the shower on for another 5 to 6 weeks! I signed my agreement on May 24! It is now July 10!! And no shower door! Also they out fit the install to *********** and the glass is from ************************ out of ***********, not ******* where their operation is from! They charged me 15k which I financed however the quality of the materials is terrible! The ring around the shower head is not even glued on! On top of that my shower pressure has been cut in half and I feel like I'm in the Seinfeld episode where they all have flat hair because the screwed up my water pressure! Then they told me to fix the pressure issue by DISMANTLING the shower head, OF WHICH I PAID FOR AND FINANCED, and remove a piece of plastic in the hose!!! What?!?!?! They have tried to rectify this by sending me a check for 3k to compensate for their lies and deception and crappy product! Which i have yet to recieve becasue they did not communicate any steps of the process clearly at all! Allnof which I called about to find out the status of only to be belittled by their finance lady who could not have been more rude and she hung up on me! I have had to call this company 20 times to get answers and some sort of resolve! It's a nightmare to deal with them and ultimately they just flat out LIED TO ME TO MY FACE AND IN MY HOME! Do not do business with this jerk of a company! They should be put out of business for misrepresentation and deceptive business practices! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Leaf Home Bath

I don't normally write bad reviews. My situation, I feel, needs to be shared.We were able to get a "cancellation" appointment, so the remodel was done within the week. It took the two days as promised. Very quickly, the product deteriorated. The shower doors became loose on the runners, caulking yellowed, mold issues began and discoloration of the shower walls.I called Leaf before the remodel was even a year old to ask someone to come and assess the shower. It took several weeks and many phone calls before I got someone and they immediately agreed the product was not "up to standard". It took another several weeks before someone came out and recalked the discoloring and moldy sealant. The mold and discoloration of the shower walls have still not been addressed. The promised phone calls from supervisors, managers etc. have not been received. My phone calls stopped being returned.In my opinion, Leaf has not held up to its guarantee of product, installation and customer service. When the shower was first being installed, neighbors asked about the company and hired them. If only we had waited a year, I would have given the neighbor my story and let them decide how important a promise is on product, installation and customer service, I am certainly not satisfied.Leaf Home Bath

A salesperson met with my husband this past Monday. He quoted $17000 for a tub and surround replacement. Then said the price would drop to $14000 if he signed now. Pressure tactic to a 75 year old man. Unfortunately my husband signed on the guys computer. He didn't get a copy of "anything" and was told it would be sent to him. My husband doesn't remember "how" it would be sent. The only thing he got on his computer was a paper showing a new loan account set up with **************** in his name for $14000. Later I immediately had my husband call this salesperson to cancel...the price was exorbitant. The same person told my husband he would drop the price to $9000. Shady business practice. He said he had to cancel in person and would come over on Tuesday afternoon. He didn't show. I called him and had to leave a voicemail. Numerous calls to numerous departments and promises of callbacks..no response. Right now we have no idea if we are committed to a contract or not. The one paper my husband has states 3 days to cancel... tomorrow is the third day. I'm at a loss. Frustrated and angry. This incident has caused us much grief and it is still not resolved.Leaf Home Bath
