Showed a picture of the type of work that would be performed that was on the folder left with me. I ask if they would be putting mold free backer board between the tile, would they be removing the molded and broken tile before placing the new board and tile; and tile the ceiling ask well or paint it for me? that was a yes for painting the overhead. They took the old tub out and took the tile off the well. they did not replace the wall with mold board, they left mold behind the tub, glued the Fake tile on the molded board, half the tub is on the floor and tile (teetered), they did not cover the hold tile area, left it exposed and a large gap between the tile and tubs where the filler goes between tub and tile area. not filled in with the filler, the shower head gets stuck where you cannot pull it up to hang it on the wall to take a shower with it; water leaks down into the basement. I reported it to Comsumer affair with pictures. Leaf Home Safety Solutions person over the project well not rectify the problem. The person who did the job told me after he demolished the old tub and wall area, everything Leaf Home Safety Solutions, LLC said they would do, he said he did not do, he stuck the tub in the area glued the panel over the molded cracked wall, took my new fixtures and replaced them with cheap fixtures, the fixtures were about 6 months old. They were three-hundred dollars. The ones they replaced them with were about one hundred at best. The Tub Area is a horror story.

They lie to their customers about the process they are supposed to adhere to. Instead of totally demo all tile, drywall, supply piping like they promise, they cut knowingly corners in all those steps. They charge a ridiculous amount of money. In most cases the initial price is $14,000-$18,000. They pressure customers by dropping the price over and over until its actually a 60% discount from those prices. Many customers not knowing will pay the $18,000, while others are harassed and made to feel stupid if they dont take the 60% off prices. In summary, they are not a quality company and the managers and many sales rep will tell you anything they need to say to make a sale. BUYER BEWARE!!Leaf Home Bath

Leaf home safety solutions is a scam. I paid 17k for a shower install, that had to be done twice. And I'm still having to go behind them and recaulk. As well as my handles, and fixtures that are rusting already, and it hasn't even been a year. I'm forced to pay now, but please be warned. You will NOT get what you pay for, and you will be stuck with a massive bill for shady work! And thanks for taking my calls about this matter.Leaf Home Bath

Had a shower installed, way over priced for the quality, $15000 I had expected more qualified craftman, They used scrap pieces of wood and drywall, when they first finished the shower handle stuck out 4" from the wall and the door would drift open while you would be showering, they did come back and fix that. but have noticed the sealant they used isn't very good. all in all for the material and craftmanship it shouldn't cost more then $7000. the salesman really made me feel like I was going to get a much better job then I recievedLeaf Home Bath

5 starsEveryone through the whole process was extremely exceptional! So nice and pleasant to talk to and answered any questions about the project. The installer was very friendly and very efficient. High quality materials were used. The old materials were hauled away and everything was cleaned up. I love my new shower!Review fromJohn Z

Two major issues. One they breached the contract. I had them put in a clause to have the slab ready for tile, since they did tell me they did not install tiles and would have to move the drain. They moved the drain but left hole in the floor partially filled with dirt. When I talked to them after the installer finished and complained and had them read the clause to me so they would understand they were breaching the contract, they said they would not complete that effort. Second they failed to inform me they did not do drywall. So the overall work was only 80% finished when they left. If your installation will not put the new tub in the exact same location as the old tub avoid this company.Leaf Home Bath

Would have been 5 stars before I realized that what needs correcting isnt going to happen as all I get is lip service or now just completely ignore text messages and phone calls. Tub/Shower install looks great until one turns on the water that wont adjust to either hot or cold (only warm/luke-warm) but the worst is the shower runs when the tub faucet is on for drawing a bath. All was promised to be fixed before Christmas maybe I should have asked what year.Leaf Home Bath
