1 starSales process was great. Installation process could have been better. The installers were very nice but there were lots of bumps in the road. Missing pieces, leaks, way later than arrival time, at house until 11pm, multiple trips to the house. It would have been worth it to paid more and went to a company who has professional/knowledgable installers.Review fromRick H

5 starsExcellent explanation at sales rep. *********** of warranties and what the system will do. Also suggested there are different methods of paying for your system. Save yourself - go with another company.We didnt have the top of the line water purifier salt system for a couple weeks before a faulty part broke. The water that was coming through our system was so salty that I became ill from drinking it. We had to purchase bottled water to drink and cook with while we waited for someone from Leaf to address the issue. We never received a call from anyone at Leaf. The service center kept promising that someone would reach out. After nearly 2 weeks, a tech showed up with a part to fix what was a known issue with the system. The tech came unscheduled and unannounced. I was so thankful that we were actually home. What an expensive and unpleasant nightmare.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Knowledgeable sales representative and quick response for question. No high pressure. Much better price than name brand company who only did water systems requiring salt adding, which too difficult for my 75 year old back. Didn't check reviews which would have scared me away. Installer efficient and timely. No complaints thus far.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I am very disappointed in this company. I have been dealing with them since January 17, 2025. I was first impressed with the salesperson and agreed to purchase the unit for $4,462 at 8% interest and $59 per month. I am a senior on a tight budget and thought the $59 could be worked into my budget. There were several issues with the installation of the unit and achieving the desired softness of the water. Even when they achieved what they said was satisfactory, days later, the City came out to install a meter valve on my sewer discharge. The City looked at the softener and stated that it was being bypassed, and I should call Leaf Water Solutions. I called Leaf Water and sent them pictures to confirm; it was set to bypass the system. Had the City not intervened, I would never have known, except for still having hard water. The finance company continued to call to see if I was satisfied with the installation, and I told them of the issues I was still ********** of the questions they wanted to know was if I agreed to the terms. The terms they showed were *****% interest and $71.71 per month for a payment. I had to call Leaf Water, and they confirmed the 8% rate at $59/month, as I had agreed to. I never agreed to the terms of ***** and $71.71 per month; however, the finance company processed the loan and began billing me. I was notified on June 11th by the *********************** that I had electronically executed the retail installment contract, which bound me to the contract. However, I have no proof of signing electronically. I had tried calling Leaf Water Solutions several times to no avail. I left message after message, and not one person returned my call. I have six pages of notes with dates, including a promise that the escalation team would return my calls within ***** hours (I was told this more than once), but they never did. I messaged that I wanted to work this out, but I still haven't received a call. This is why I would never recommend this company!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Total lack of customer service. High pressure sales. Contacted company. 3 to 5 times. All you get is a gate keeper. Will not provide anyone to speak with for complaints. When techs come out also will not provide names or numbers to escalate the situations cannot ever speak to anyone in management position and test performance done without receiving any resultsLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
