I had a system installed in March of 2024. I paid upfront and was quoted $500 for the installation and was told this rate because piping would have to be installed up my garage wall and along the ceiling. When they came to do the installation a few days later, the technician did not have to do the extra piping and just had the hose run out my garage door. I called back the representative Ive been working with and he got approval for a $250 refund. I have multiple texts and voicemails confirming this. The refund never came and the representative has now left the company. I have called the customer service line 8+ times and every time have been told We are sending an email to the ************** and someone will reach out within a few days no one has ever reached out to me. I had to cancel my yearly maintenance because they are trying to charge me $200 even though they owe me $250. This company is unresponsive and over charges customers. This is also after a pipe burst 2 different times in my garage due to poor installation.

The installation went very well however, follow up with the company was slow. The cost for the system seems to be expensive considering the system requires annual maintenance.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The sales****** ****** was excellent. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. However, the install was a disaster. The 1st ****** left after an hour due to health issues but never told me. I was not notified by customer service either. Three hours later another ****** showed up without the proper equipment and needed to go to the store. While he was away, I got a call from customer service saying that he felt he couldn't do the job. So, they said the next afternoon (I had a morning appt) a 3rd ****** would come to do install. That ****** showed up 2 hours early, while I was at my appointment! I was so stressed that I left my appointment. I called ****** who assured me that she had spoken to him and that he was waiting for me to get home before starting. When I got home not only had he started but he had changed the location agreed upon for the tanks. After 7 hours plus the install was finally done. There was no apology from the company, no call from customer service as promised. The first contact I got from them after all of this was a request to fill out a survey! After all is said and done, my water is better but I still smell bleach sometimes.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

False pretense!!On March 1, 2025 my *********** were interested in getting a water system for our home so we scheduled a a free estimate. We feel that Dabbie (sales ********************* husband came out and gave us a spill of lies. Her initial cost for the system was $20,000, but as we informed her that we werent paying that price, her prices surprisingly continued to drop to $13,295.00. Gabbie, the manager (but Im not sure what her title is). I will say that she is very aggressive and tries to be convincing but we saw through it all. Once we told her that we had other companies that were coming out also, she informed us that she would lock in the price for 2 weeks, if we would give her a $100.00 refundable deposit. She also said that she wouldnt deposit the check but she deposited it the next day. We called her 1 week after to cancel and return our deposit but she has not answered or returned our phone calls. Weve reached out to the customer service via ******** and several telephone calls but the issue still has not been resolved. Ive been informed by both *************** that someone would return our call but no response yet. This company does not stand by their contract. Our experience with this salesperson & the companys customer service department has not been a pleasant one.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The Leaf Filter Water Solutions installed my filter system May 1st and so far I haven't had any problems. I personally had a skin issue problem which I thought might be caused by the acidity in my well water supply which was 7.6 whatever. i'm anxious to have it rechecked to see what it is now. I cannot actually taste much difference in the taste. The only difference that I have noticed is that the water seems softer and doesn't have the bite (if you can call it that) to it that it had before the filter was installed. The sales *** told me that it might would take a few days to clean out my system. I can't tell you for sure how long it took but no more than one week. Thus far I would give a one star preferably I would give a zero star to Customer Service. We didnt realize that our water would run out with a tank filter so we wanted information about a tankless filter so we called **************** and they took four days to call us back the first time. They told me they would call back within 24 to 48 hours and have a salesman call me back and I still havent received a call.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Initial install was horrible. Had to get another tech to change the piping as the original was a disaster waiting to happen. Been trying to get an owner's manual for the system as the original installers did not leave one, to no avail. Someone was supposed to come out and check the water to make sure it's working within ************************************** yet. It's been 6 or 7 months since install.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I was happy with the entire process. From start to finish everything professional if I had any questions they were answered immediately ****** was experienced courteous, and attentive to all my questions . He asked me did I have any questions.
