Very nice at first but I have only had the system for 9 days and I have been given the run around about getting the system fixed. I was told there is a warranty and when reading the paperwork there is not, I have to pay for them to come fix their equipment. I was told they would send someone to come fix my system because is was installed wrong and is mixing clean water with dirty water and that we had a bacteria in the water. The second guy came out and after he left we had absolutely no water so I had to call him to get walked through the problem fix the issue because the installer did not do it correctly. I was told that he would send out the tech to fix the smell and I waited around all day for someone and nothing. My daughter has eczema and her skin has gotten worse. I have to take 4 showers and I still feel slimy. I had to go buy water jugs to be able to cook. I am at my wits end with this company. I want them out!!!!!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I was told my only annual expense would be for the replacement of the filters for the reverse osmosis system which would be approx $100. When I called to schedule the annual filter replacement I was told cost would be $198. I contacted the Account Manager to discuss this & he said he would check on that & call me back. I have text & called him several times and he continues to ignore me. He should follow thru as he said. Also called about salt caked up in bin & a service rep came by & ran water in this bin. This water has now been in this bin all this time with no way to flush out. This seams to be a possible health hazard.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Look out they will rip you off First quote I got was for $12241 good for a year if I make a Decision on the spot? the price is $7984 3 day of negotiating ?I got them down to $4825 and beware of their scare tactics I wouldnt let that system in my house if they gave it to me they are in business to rip people off at least 3 times I was told the company is worth 3 billion who cares and their $25000 water testing machine came up with just about the same results as the $25 one you get at the hardware store. They have been in business since 2021 and claim they are the best. I felt much better going with the mom and pop business down the street that came in told me what I needed and didnt try selling me on anything and gave me a $3950 price out of the gateLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

This company will not stop calling. I have blocked 20 different numbers from them. I answered one and said stop calling but they continue to call. They need to get the hint if I wanted their services I would 1 either answer the call or 2 call them back.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

This company absolutely refuses to stop calling me every single day. I have asked them to stop months ago. Now they leave messages because they know I won't answer. I've never been so un-able to get this stopped. It's purely harassment and I'm fed up!!!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
