Great experience in water treatment. Man came out a few days after the initial sales meeting. He installed the system and made our tap water safe to sting, rotten egg smel gone, and water spots are gone. I had occasion to call them back three times for a better understanding of the system. Technician took me through how the system actually works. He even told me how to manually operate the system if need. Very nice company to deal with!

After enquiring about information about the water systems I got a quick response and made an appointment with a sales rep. *** to an unexpected health issue I was unable to meet with the sales rep, but my wife did. She felt that she was pressured into making an immediate decision. She got the estimate and was told that the estimate was only good for a week.I researched the different water treatment systems and decided that the Leaf home water systems is what I wanted and made an appointment for an install. The techs that did the installation were professional and knew what they were doing.We have been very pleased with the system and would recommend to anyone.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Our sales representative was great, very professional and informative. He made the process so easy to understand. The installer was wonderful as well, explained everything in great detail. On time presentation and installation. Installer ******, recommended a couple of enhancements that included connecting the refrigerator because of the existing configuration. Only problem is water volume that now goes through 5 filters.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

We made an appointment for someone to come by your house and give us an estimate on installing a water system. An seemingly very nice older gentleman showed up. He did a lot of tests on our water before sitting down and starting his sales presentation. We've had lots of people out to the house to give us estimates on various jobs and I've never been put through a "sales presentation" before. Think time share sales person on steroids. We explained to him about 45 minutes in that we had an appointment and had to leave shortly. He continued to pressure us, even offering us a one day only price of $3900 compared to the original quote of $5400. Then he said he could call his boss and get it lower still. Why not start with your best price? The minute he told me there was a one day only price, I was done, yet it took us at least 30 more minutes to get him out the door. He kept explaining the same "pros" of his company over and over again while we repeatedly told him that we weren't ready to make a decision that day. I finally had to get somewhat rude with him to make him leave our house. After he left, I asked my husband how many times he had heard me speak to someone like that in all the years we've been married. He said it was the first time ever. So you know how far this guy had to push me before I lost it. This company couldn't pay me to put a water system in my house. I would never do business with anyone with these kind of high pressure sales tactics. That whole "sign up today or else" BS is such a shady business practice.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
