The sales rep was extremely nice but unethical. He knew the problem that we have in **************. "Yellow Water". Looked me in the eyes and said it would be solved with the system. 4k later and I have the same issue, just an overpriced water softener and carbon filtration system that I could have bought from HD for half the cost, and received the same results. Be sure if they mention anything it is specifically stated in the contract, otherwise, they will leave you out to dry. All that is stated in the contract, is what type of system they are installing, I had this problem escalated, and all they care about is, "What does the contract say?". All they care about is saving their backs, and keeping their huge commission. This is not a white glove company, look into them before you get taken advantage of. Will be seeking legal advice.

The experience was amazing. From the time we agreed for the work to be done to completion was less than two weeks. Our shower was done in only 1 and 1/2 days. Our worker was amazing. He showed up when he said he would. He was on time/early. He was there all day. He worked the entire time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful to us and our home. He listened to our input and asked for our input during installation. Day one he was there by 9 am and he left around 630 pm. Day 2 he was there around 830 and he was done by 1 and he cleaned up like he was never there. Fabulous. Would 100% recommended. May not be the cheapest around but this experience in attitude, level of work, professionalism etc was worth every *****.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I've had my Leaf water solution system for approx. 1 month and it's the best decision i've made in a long time. The water that was full of calcium and other minerals is minimal at worst. Not sure how I managed for so long. The clothes feel and seem cleaner when I wash, the dishes feel so clean after I wash them and no water stains. The company is very professional, not pushy, and the installer was phenomenal. Thank you guys for making this OCD mom so happy!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Our water has always been bad in our area. I had installed a system around 18 years ago and it did a good job until about two years ago. I answered an ad on ******** and was told it's a free estimate and the price was good for 12 months.The salesman **** came to our home and we went through what we had, tested the water and talked about systems. I told **** we were interested in the salt less system and he told us that was not what we needed. He showed us what we should have and then we went over pricing. I was fairly sure we couldn't afford the system right now but then he said with our credit he could get us financed. He made it so affordable we couldn't say no and the payments are so low we can afford to add extra every month.Then **** came out to install the system and what a great job he did to get us set up and running. He is very professional and was a pleasure to have him do the install. After the install **** went through what to do and look for to make sure the system was running correctly.The next morning when I took my shower the difference in the water was incredible. It had a little 'new car' smell to it but we expected that with a new piece of equipment. That was gone in a day or so.It's been 23 days and our water is the best it's ever been since we've owned this home. (32 years.)I'm going to call the company and see if **** or a technician can come out and recheck the water and see what the difference is between the well and treated water.If you have bad water call this company and give them a chance to come out and see what they can do for you.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Our water softener purchase was handled professionally from our first contact with them to the final installation. The sales employees were all very friendly and knowledgeable as were the installers. All our questions were easily answered and upon completion they gave us complete instructions. A split pipe caused a leak and responded immediately to come replace and fix the problem.
