It's been about 3 months, 3 service calls and unfortunately the extreme sulfur odor still is very strong. Salt level has not moved. Numbers on the capacity/remaining NEVER change. Not sure this system is working at all. I do, however, after the 3rd service, notice a reduction in the rust. I just was hoping for the Great, Healthy, Clean water I was promised at the sales table, but I'm not sure the techs know how to achieve it. Only because I can’t give a 0. They schedule it fast for an install. Should have been a red flag. Tech comes to install. No uniform, so you really don’t know them. He spent almost 8 hrs cutting my pipes to install the water softener. Come to find out, that the company sub contracts everything out for the most part. Seems they did not do there research on this person. I went without water for over 24hrs. Almost cost the company more money due to him cutting the pipes so short. Canceled a party and so on. The guy that had to fix it was a good guy. They wanted me to pay them without paperwork for the warranty’s and install. The system runs fine. But the headache from everything else ******. Shop around first and ask about the qualifications of the employees.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The water system that I purchased from you is great. The water tastes great and has no chlorine smell. Water is soft, , filtered and has minerals. The absolute best thing is, any tap on the property is safe, filtered, and tastes great. In the future, If the plant has a problem and they request all users boil before drinking, showering, bathing, cooking due to bacteria has Penetrated into the water supply. To protect my family I also was able to get a photo tube using uv that kills all the harmful bacteria installed with my Leaf Home Water Salutions.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
