      I am behind in my rent. I have tried to tell my landlord at the Clifton Road location that I am having a bad time right now. I had Covid twice and could not work. They started eviction procedures and my court date is October 27. I can never get a hold of the office I have to constantly go in there to talk to somebody. There’s new management that don’t know exactly what they’re doing. I have a ESA dog and showed my credentials upon moving in here and they lost them. So I showed them my credentials again and they will not except the credentials because my psychiatrist has retired and cannot verify that she wrote me a letter. So, I’m stuck with paying almost 2 months worth of rent which I’m willing to pay. But, they are trying to evict my dog as well when he is a registered animal with the federal government. I have his card, I have his paperwork and they will not except it at this point without a valid psychiatrist that they can contact. My problem is I don’t have a psychiatrist now because she retired, and I don’t have an appointment until December 15. These people are brutal when it comes to everything. They don’t keep up their property. The carpeting in the hallways are moldy full of dog hair. My mailbox is broken and people can break into it and steal my mail. I have told them countless times about several things that are wrong. I have ants in my kitchen constantly coming in to the outside because there’s an ant hill Outside of my kitchen window. They refuse to service me because I’m behind on the rent. I will catch up on the rent in about three weeks. But I need to vent. I need to tell you just how terrible they are. They don’t give anybody any flack. I’m 67 years old and disabled and I’ve had to go back to work just to pay the **** rent. I’m a widow of two years I’m trying the best I can and they don’t care that I am struggling.
