Used to be great, horrible NOW!!!!.Many unanswered phone calls and emails from leasing staff at Broadview Gardens…Will renew lease w/o residents signature, and current leasing team will try to overtake and give predetermined answers to problems instead of listening to residents complaints and that’s if your lucky enough to get buzzed in.Yes their properties are more affordable but it’s not worth it.They do have a decent maintenance team but Broadview Gardens went from a multiple maintenance team to 2 guys to resolve maintenance issues

I have been living at one of their properties in Akron for the last few years. Bathroom ceiling has leaked THREE times. The second time being the worst. A hole was cut in the ceiling, left open for days without a fan to dry the wet wood, there was clearly black mold growing in there, only for it to be patched up and painted over a week later. I STILL have a hole in my ceiling months later from the last time it leaked. Our cars have been broken into, neighbors screaming outside at all hours of the night.
It's been a nightmare. I pay too much to be living in an apartment with a mold problem, with photo evidence.
