      If I could find a way to sue Aiy I would. They are all incompetent, and cruel individuals. When I moved in the property was not owned by Aiy, I was on a waiting list to move into an house that was not finished yet. So they placed me and my family in the only available apartment temporarily. Aiy came along and took ownership and would not owner my previous agreement, forcing us to sign a lease for more then the agreed price per month and not giving us the house we were signed for. Every time renewal comes along and we attempt to move out, their website for paying rent miraculously fails to pay the rent on time. This we are slapped with late and nonpayment fees, which then forces us to renew instead of move out. Every renewal the rent goes up. The heat stops working and has to be repaired every few months during the winter and has gotten as cold as 35' indoor. I have called and complained and they wait a few days and come to "fix it", temporarily only to break again. The fridge is missing drawers, the ceiling leaks from 2nd floor residents making messes, the plugs make lights flicker and burn out repeatedly, switch sizzle and spark when you turn them on. On the stove only 2 burners work, 1 will keep heating up till it burns no matter what the knob is set to; I've told them it's a fire hazard but they do nothing. They attempted to deny my medically prescribed esa animal residence even with proper paperwork. People at the office are constantly being fire for their rudeness, but they just keep hiring the same kind of people. The property is insecure, and homeless break in to sleep in the laundry rooms frequently and do drugs. Washers and dryers are rented and have been broken for months, making it impossible to wash clothes. The property has rodents getting into the walls waking us up. The owner turns off the gas supply for the heating when he seems it not cold enough, and he doesn't he doesn't even live in around here. It's a disgrace and my family never feels safe.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would not only are the employees at the leasing office incompetent. You cannot reach anyone at the corporate office. I have been trying to resolve an issue with fees on my account for months not without any thing being resolved. I’ve spoken to Martha and Casey neither of which are helpful. Do not waste your time, money or energy with any of their properties.

      I will be moving out, lived here 9 years(East Canton) When Im hit with a Utility Recovery fee,??? i pay my own utilities???? Whats to recover? Local manager couldn't explain, (said something about snow removal), they never removed my snow before. if this isnt and out right Money grab.
      And does anyone there answer phones?

      Literally the WORST management company I have ever dealt with and I work with management companies every day at work.. Not only did they raise my rent by 25% - but they then decided to charge me for their renter's insurance after I had already provided them MULTIPLE copies of my personal renter's insurance policy.. Every time I call to have the issue resolved, I either get no answer or a rude agent. The most recent call I had was today with REBEKAH HIATT (Broadview Gardens and Pleasant Valley Apts) and she laughed at me and hung up when I tried to get the additional $13.00 which was wrongfully added to my account taken off. She advised that she has 615 properties and she did not have time to get to my issue. I asked her to get this resolved ASAP as I did not want a late fee added as well and then she laughed and hung up. SUPER Customer Service right there LOL.. If I could give negative stars, I sure would.

      Horrible company with shady business practices. Lived in ****** *** ** ***** and had multiple wastewater leaks that were left untouched for months after countless calls to maintenance. Not to mention the black mold they ignore and lack of monoxide detectors in the buildings. Nobody answers the phone at corporate and we were charged for 2 months of rent after moving out because we still had the keys even after giving our moving out notices. Nobody at this company cares at all they just want to exploit people for every penny they can. How they are still allowed to exist I don’t know but they will be reported to every authority possible to get them shut down.

      I was at Pheasant Run, which was bought by AIY about 5 months in to my lease. I did a search for reviews when the sale was announced and knew I would not be staying. They lived up to those negative reviews. They immediately closed the onsite Manager's office, then decided to cancel the wifi and catv that were included in the rent, then surcharge for the water/sewer/trash (they decided to charge based on the # of bedrooms instead of # of residents so I (a single person) would be paying the same as an apartment with 2, 3 or more people who would be using more) - both of these included utilities were the reason I was ok paying the ridiculously high rent (which they were increasing by over $100 at the renewal). It has been mass exodus since they took over, there are more empty apartments in my building than occupied. Now that I am moving out I can't get a response to schedule a final walkthrough. You call the off-site community manager and no one answers, you get routed to a voicemail that is always full. You call corporate and pick the current resident option and the message says to call your community manager - if you pick operator they just take a message and send it to the community manager who takes 3 or more days to respond. Do your research before renting with AIY properties, only choose them if you have no other options.

      I have lived at Deer Creek Apts. in Austintown, Ohio for 38 years, and this renewal they are raising my rent up $187 per month for a one bedroom. I currently pay $597, and that is just outlandish to do this to me after living here this long. They said it was inflation but I think that's ********* I think it is because of Covid, when people couldn't pay their rent, they couldn't evict them, but now I think if they are really behind on their rent, they can evict them if they can't pay the increases. I did not lose my job and paid all my rent on time and this is how they treat me!! I should be grandfathered in and not have an increase like this. So I would say never rent from AIY Management!!!!

      I’ve been living where I am for almost 4 years, with no sense of communication, as many requests as I have put in about things around my apartment that I’d like to have fixed they’ve picked and chosen which requests they want to deal with. It’s ridiculous that I had to put in a request to have my bathroom walls fixed and repainted 4 times, probably more. Or the hole or black mold that’s growing in my shower and they refuse to look at because they “can’t do anything about it”. I am absolutely annoyed and irritated with this property

      A worker there lied on me and told the Lakewood police department that I threatened to shoot her. The police issued a warrant for my arrest I lost my job and my truck because they didn't like me this was definitely a black white thing I called aiy to complain on the tow company for being rude and I told the worker Racheal that people should not talk to people that way that is how and why places are being shot up the tow company lady said she didn't want anything to do with it when the aiy woman called her so she decided to call the police this was injustice and racially motivated now they are trying to ruin my name behind a lie of a woman who doesn't even know me and doesn't like the way my skin looks someone has to tell me what I can do about this

      They are the property owners of Four Seasons Apartment complex in Austintown Ohio. These are by far the worst people to deal with. I reported mice in my home for a week straight and never once did they provide me with any traps nor send a ordinary man to my home. I had to kill the mice I've seen on my own. On top of that the maintenance man came to my home and left 2 dead mice on the side of my bed dead in my garbage can. I am so disgusted and I'm going to report them to whomever else I need to report them too.
