    I live in a rural area in **, and my poult order arrived in under 36 hours from shipment. ****** can't even do that here. My babies arrived healthy, happy, and vibrant! I will only be ordering from Valley Hatchery going forward. I am not one to review things/companies, but I have encountered so many less-than-great poultry sellers, that I felt obligated to spread the word about my anecdotally perfect experience!

    Today was the greatest day!!! We picked up our baby chicks! I was being a total worried momma at first when the tracking was a little off, but don’t worry we literally got the phone call they were at our post office like 30 minutes later. We ordered 8 and they sent 10 healthy babies! As of this evening they are adjusting wonderfully and have figured out their living situation perfectly. I can hear a few peeps but for the most party they are settling in for the night under their warmer. Oh my gosh how they have brought our family so much joy! So excited to see them grow and find out their funny personalities. Thank you Valley Hatchery for the healthy flock!

    WE ordered 25 Cinnamon Queen chicks in mid-May. 26 were sent along with paperwork to care for the chicks. We followed the suggestions, by dipping the chick's beak into their water. We also used a probiotic additive the first few days, We boiled up some eggs, feeding the chick's some mashed yolk. They love this treat & perked them up. Our 26 chicks are 7 weeks old & thriving!     I have ordered chicks from multiple hatcheries the past two years. I have had 3 different orders from Valley. Two orders of chickens and an order of ducks. I havent had a single one show up DOA or had any die. Highly recommend these guys.

    Five stars arent enough! Im a new chicken owner and was so happy with the way Valley Hatchery handled my order that Id already like to get more lol.     I ordered 80 chicks and I didnt have too much hope that they would all arrive alive. But I picked them up and brought them home today and not only were they all alive but they ALL are looking and acting healthy!! It is only the first day and I hope they all continue to do well, but we will see. Also, they shipped them to me on the 9th and I received them on the 10th!!! Even though they said it might be 3 days. I will be buying my chickens here for years to come!!!

    I received my chicks in a day and a half. They were packed professionally and the chicks were the healthiest I have ever ordered from other big name popular brands. The chicks are active, curious, sweet natured , and big appetites! They are not fearful, and come up to me when Im feeding or watering them with their heads c*** to the side checking me out theyre not hovering in the corner terrified like most chicks I get from other companies! I am so impressed with the service and the state of the birds when they arrived and on a personal note they gave me a couple free ones which was really cool. I gave them to my neighbor kid. He was so excited and took them home a few minutes ago. I wont go anywhere else from now on. Thanks so much! Sincerely, CJ
