    After a horrible experience with another Hatchery (did not ship on the date requested and did not ship my full requested order) and the **** (late delivery and left in a cold truck overnight to die) I was very hesitant to try another order. I am so happy I did and found a Hatchery I can now trust! Valley Hatchery shipped my order when requested, shipped the breeds I ordered (even with 2 extra baby chicks) and their communication with me was excellent. My baby chicks are healthy, very active and fun to watch. Looking forward to ordering some more baby chicks with you soon !

    The chicks I ordered were there brooder 261/2 hours after they were shipped! I have ordered from other hatcheries and have never gotten my order this fast and Im sure thats why the chicks are so active when they arrived. They drank and ate within seconds of arrival with other breeders the chicks were slow to eat. Very happy with the healthy chicks that came to me I will order from them again.

    Excellent hatchery! Chicks came very lively and happy when I picked up at P.O. Excellent customer service!! I emailed the next day to inquire about markings on some of their heads and they answered me within minutes!! Very friendly and you can guarantee I will order more from this company. Grateful to the Lord for leading me to this place!! You won't be sorry working with them.

    Great place to order from. Ive ordered several times and all baby chicks have been sexed correctly. Great customer service and great response time. Great choice of birds as well. Always very healthy.

    We love Valley Hatchery. They sent us extra chicks in effort to fulfill our order in case there were losses. They were very prompt in shipping our order, and the customer service was outstanding. We will be using them in the future.

    I ordered the dragon house special rare breed and they are super cute and lively. Theyre eating and playing . And I think theres already a pecking order . First timer here. My grandma says shes an expert so Im just doing everything she says .????

    Our 21 day-old chicks arrived healthy on the fourth (final) day of the date timeframe window Valley provided at shipment. Three chicks were not available and we were immediately notified and refunded for them, and yet to our pleasant surprise they provided three replacement chicks - same *** as ordered - from the varieties we had ordered. Email communication is outstanding and phone customer service is equally exceptional. This is our second batch of chicks and they came highly recommended to us and we also highly recommend. Thank you!
