    Valley Hatchery has been incredible. First with a very informative on line catalog explaining each and every chicken breed. Secondly, I called twice both of the customer service phone representatives were patient and answered my questions with patience.Thirdly, my chicks arrived within a day happy and healthy. They also sent two extras, an unexpected boon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting chickens.

    The prices were better than I found with other companies. The chicks arrived happy and healthy, and as promised. Oddly, there was an extra of each breed I ordered. I emailed the company to see what that was about, and they said they sent extra just in case any of them didn't survive the journey. This is my fourth time ordering poultry through the mail, and the first time that's ever happened. It's also the first time I ever ordered through Valley.

    My chicks arrived safely and healthy. They even sent an extra chick. The quality of the silkies is extraordinary. Two weeks old now and by far the most beautiful ones I have.

    Ive been raising chickens for 25 years. Ive ordered chicks from multiple hatcheries. I went with Valley, after noticing they had chicks available in the breeds that I raise. Valley hatchery was very prompt, with email notifications and play by play updates. Over all I am very satisfied with the experience!I have read negative reviews about this company. From what I read people were displeased with Valley because of chicks DOA. I assure you that the hatchery is not at fault for ***. Any logical person could tell you that its most likely the ****. My chicks arrived at the regional **** processing center only 8hrs after being shippedsat at the regional processing center for over 18hrs. Then another 12hrs at the area processing facility and another 9hrs before I was notified for pickup. Still well with in the 72hr window. Next time I see an order of chicks make it to the processing center, I will arrange pick and make the 4hr drive to pick them up my self.Valley also included extra chicks to my order and in my opinion they did everything they could to insure customer satisfaction! My chicks are strong and thriving! I will do business with them in the future!

    I was nervous as it was my first time ordering chicks through any service. They were gracious and kind throughout the process and reassured me that the chicks would arrive safely and they did.     I live in ********* and was very nervous about ordering through the postal service. This company has great education around managing this. When my chics arrived they were the most plump healthy looking chics ever! The customer service people are so nice and helpful! I will definitely use this company again!
