      Very unreliable service provider. We experience outages almost nightly and of course when you have time to relax. They have no speed and efficiency at getting problems resolved. Will be switching to another provider asap. We have been a customer for probably 10 years.

      When you have internet problems you have to wait a very very long time before you can speak to someone. I then got disconnected 2 times, the 3rd time was told a tech would come 2 days later. I work from home and need the internet to work. I called back as my internet still wasn’t working properly, the man I spoke with was not professional, kept interrupting me and spoke over me. Have had internet problems since Friday, but chose not to call over the weekend as internet isn’t vital on weekends since I do t work on weekends, and was told that was the problem I should have called over the weekend so so a tech could be sent out quicker to fix internet. I thought I was being courteous. I asked to be transferred to his manager, left a voice message for Josh-manager. Have not received a call back. Sent multiple emails, reached out through Facebook messenger. Still nothing. Internet is still not working. Would not recommend this company. And I would not have this provider but as of right now it’s the only provider offered for my area.

      The company lies and has no one in charge or you. Can’t speak to them. They charge outrageous prices and even when you have government assistance program you can afford the internet.

      I have called IT everyday to report no internet service. Each time on hold for 30-45 minutes. Each time the person tells me a ticket is in and someone will call me. Have yet to receive a call back. Live in the Evansville 47720 area and work from home. Watch Communication is our only provider. Horrible service and follow up.
