      How can I rate this business 0/5 stars, and, can this page be presented to anyone contacting Watch Communications? They are so terrible that I wouldn't inflict them on my worst enemy!

      Horrible internet service works for first few days of the month as soon as you pay bill service goes off comes on 10minutes turns off for hours on and off very aggravating kids can't even finish homework in peace it messes up everything in the home that runs off internet.outrageous price for service that constantly having outages in another state that affect you than representative always lie in say there gonna give Credit towards your bill cause there company constantly having problems and than never give you a credit you can call for months complaining and they say we have someone working on it and when you call to complain the service magical turns on and than you hang up and the service turns off

      We have been without internet for the past 6 weeks, there was a problem with the tower that needed fixed, which I completely understood and never complained about, I understand these things happen. Then they called and said that the tower is fixed but need to switch out equipment but couldn’t get me in for about two weeks, again I said that was fine as I’m sure they are swamped. Only to have them call a couple days prior to the appointment and cancel it and tell me they have to push me out another 4-5 weeks…that’s when I became furious. I have a business and my kids are in school and this is the only internet provider in our area. They have quit responding to messages. You have to wait on the phone to talk to someone for 3-4 hours only to have them tell you “the person you need to speak with isn’t in today but I will have them call you” only to get no call back and have to call again days later and go over it all again. I get being short staffed! We all are, but this is beyond short staffed it’s just poor customer service!

      I have been a customer for several years but if I had a choice I would switch. We leave it on year around but only use it from November to May for security only. May to November we use it every day for all the normal uses. Since May of 2023 we have been without internet more than we have been able to use it. When I call technical support I seldom get to speak to support. The call waiting people in front of me are as many as 60 and they do not offer a call back option any longer. I was 15 in line and the wait time was 120 minutes. All the answers I get say they are trying to fix it but no ETA for that repair. There is no recourse through the PUCO or the Ohio Department of Commerce.
      During this outage time my monthly charges have increased but not the service. I am using my cellular service to write this review because I have no internet.

      The worst customer service ever!!!! I still without internet now for 6 days!!! No one can tell me a damn thing!!! Will never ever have there services again!!

      Internet is not reliable and they do not provide the connection rates advertised . I get 2mb but pay for 5mb. There are daily disconnects and had no service for 3 weeks in the last 3 months. Unfortunately they are still the only provider that offers more than dial up in my area. They are not an A- business, D plus at best, They need some competition and should not be able to advertise what what they cannot provide. Typing this on my cellular network for reasons above.(no connection)

      I haven't been a customer here long. However, in the short time I've been a customer, there has already been miscommunication and falsehoods during calls with technical support. The sales department does an absolutely wonderful job luring you in with empty promises of reliable internet and outstanding new gear. I'm currently dealing with my 2ND outage in a considerably short amount of time. I was either fed a big lie to convince me to set up service by their sales team, or their technical support team can't figure out how to keep their gear running to give customers the service that they pay for. One of the first things I'm doing when I wake up tomorrow morning is trying to set up installation with my previous ISP and cancelling with Watch. I will never try this company again and will NEVER suggest them to anyone. I wish no stars was an option.

      Having constant internet issues and they are apparently unwilling to communicate on the matter. I’ve attempted Facebook messenger, which has worked in the past for contacting them, I’ve tried emailing them and using the “contact us” option on the website all to only have the automated response that someone will reach out to me. My speeds are hardly ever near what I pay for lately. I usually work during their hours of operation for a phone call and it appears the other methods of contact don’t work. When service is present I have to reset my PoE box daily to have my speeds close to what I pay for. I can’t seem to receive service or resolution on the matter.

      Michael Romans and the crew at Watch communications did a great job in getting wireless internet service in my home. I was excited when I first spoke to Michael because I live out in the middle of nowhere. The first service guys came and really didn't do much. I talked with Michael and he and the Watch crew came back out and did a fantastic job.
