Allstate did my siding on my house and it looks fabulous. Almost all of our subdivision had siding work done due to a hail storm. The neighbors who used Allstate have the best results. Their workers were very professional and cleaned up as requested.Allstate Exteriors & Restoration Services LLC

1 starI wish I could have given no stars, but I had to give at least one - even though Allstate Exteriors & Restoration Services deserves nothing. We bought our house under the condition of the sale that the roof needed to be replaced, and unfortunately the sellers of the house went with this company, whom I classify as shady roof salesmen. When the roof started leaking in our home, we looked in our home purchase paperwork for roof info and found nothing, so had to contact our realtor for info. They didn't see any paperwork either for roof replacement, so I was given a number for Joe M. (owner), who then gave me Eric W.'s contact (project rep), who then gave us a contact for a Keith (not sure what his title was). We were assured by Joe that no matter the issue, it would be fixed/taken care of. Eric and Keith said they fixed the leak, but it actually ended up being worse, and now they won't return our calls or text messages. We now have to pay for a new roof through **** **** (****** ********* ****). I asked Joe, Eric and Keith for the contract paperwork when they put the roof on, but have yet to receive anything; Joe said he would get it to me (have asked him three times now) and Eric said he didn't see anything in their system...so this is sounding more and more like a cheap cash payment the previous seller made with these HORRIBLE roof people. **** roof said the materials were good, but the workmanship was very poor. I do NOT recommend them.
