1 starThroughout our interactions with the company, I encountered significant delays in receiving the services promised. Despite assurances that the repairs would be completed promptly, I waited for over three months without any resolution. These prolonged delays caused inconvenience and led to additional issues, including a bird infestation on my property. As someone with epilepsy, it is incredibly concerning. The bird infestation could potentially cause a life-threatening seizure.
However, what truly shocked and upset me was the unprofessional conduct displayed by the owner, Joe M******. When I mentioned that I might leave a BBB review due to ongoing issues, including my health concerns, Joe responded by calling me a derogatory term. This behavior was not only hurtful but utterly inappropriate for a business owner.
Furthermore, I found it deeply concerning that Allstate Exteriors seemed to ignore or disregard the health risks associated with the delays in completing the repairs. The presence of a bird infestation on my property poses significant health hazards, and I felt that the company did not take these risks seriously. I may have to leave my home.
Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that Cooper M******* the son of the owner, attributed the delay in services to personal matters, such as buying a house. This explanation seemed unprofessional and did not justify the extended delays experienced.
Unfortunately, communication from this business was lacking throughout this process, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, the company failed to provide satisfactory solutions or explanations for the delays.
Overall, my experience has been highly disappointing, to say the least. They do not care about your health or well-being.Review fromWilliam R

Allstate Exteriors are the BEST! Twice in 12 years I have had problems with my roof and they are the one I called. Very well trusted, dependable, and honest. Every time I called in I was greeted professionally and they didn’t leave a mess like I’ve seen at friends who chose other companies! Huge plus. 5 starsWe purchased our roof from Allstate Exteriors in Cape Coral. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had a couple of delays in the project due to the designer shingles we ordered, but communication was great and they were on top of it. Thanks to Austin for such a great experience!
