I use Mikes Carwash on Fields ***** a lot and the Assistant Manager ***** was very friendly, helpful and was very good at his job. I always like using this carwash when I am going thru. 1 starDo not put your car through this wash! I took my ******* thier and they scratched my hood terribly. I showed the manager and he agreed and took my information. I received a letter in the mail from Mike's Car Wash stating it wasn't their fault and would be doing nothing to rectify it. I will upload photos to show you. My car didn't have any scratches or marks on it prior to going there. I can't believe this company refuses to fix the damage they have done to my car. I will be posting this and photos everywhere I can to save someone else from having their car damaged.Review fromL. O.

I attempted to speak to a manager who promptly dismissed that there was any responsibility on the companys part for breaking the antennae, implying that the antennae had already been faulty. I recently tried to take my **** ********* through a Mike's Carwash and the assistant manager made me get out of line. She said that my truck wouldn't fit. She used her radio to call one of the employees over to measure my truck, in which he said that I don't fit. This is a lie, and I personally think the assistant manager told her employee to say I didn't fit, due to the pretty heated argument we had just had. I explained that my truck had been literally walked through the carwash after hours, with personnel on each side, to make sure that my truck fit. So unless they shut that particular carwash down and redid the whole thing, which they did not, then I fit. I have been going through this same carwash for over 15 years. They can pull up their video footage of my truck going through their carwash a few weeks ago. The assistant manager was very unprofessional about the situation. I was told by another manager at this particular store that he would have customer service reach out to me about there VIP card for vehicles like mine so that I wouldn't have to be questioned and go through this again the next time I get my truck washed. Customer Service basically told me they are washing their hands of this and that they are going to have yet another manager reach out to me. And that's customer service? This incident happened a week ago and I have to have any sort of resolution. Very disappointed to be dealing with something like this after being loyal to this particular carwash all of these years.Mike's Carwash, Inc.

I have a monthly membership l, go all the time. After work I stopped by, and seeing they were not busy, I parked and asked if they could hit my mats. The person said yes, and pointed to the ground where I would typically place the mats, I gave the thumbs up dropped off the mats and left. I went through the wash, used the vacuum, and drove to retrieve my mats. I bent down to pick them up, as I did a worker who I have not talked to yelled loudly at me from behind startling me. She said, what gives you the right to drop off your mats without asking anyone. I explained to her I did, to which she said I did not. This went back and forth a few times. I said, lets get your manager and she said that the person was her manager and I never asked. She went on to say that there was only two people working and she was leaving. I then waited in the office where I was not helped for a long period of time. The manager working apologized for the others behavior. I eventually got the names the names of the two employees and left with now two muddy mats as they were not cleaned.The manager had complained of be dropping off the mats, embolding the other employee to attack me over a conversation and circumstance she was not a part of up to that point. That was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, let alone for something as mundane as getting your car washed. Even when pointing out that she was mistaken, she doubled down making the the interaction worse and embarrassing for everyone. Even if I had not asked, her behavior towards me was extremely aggresive and uncalled for. I hope there is video of the interaction, the person who attacked me should not be in a position to speak with customersMike's Carwash, Inc.

The car wash put scratches on the car. I filed a complaint. I checked the car before I went there and those scratches was not on there. The worker said they would look at the camera. But if they had looked they would of seen there was no scratches on there when I arrived at their business. They gave an ** excuse that no other car had damage that day and it doesn't align with their wash. But nothing on the letter they sent me denying the claim say they looked at the camera and we seen those scratches. Beware rude customer service and will protect their business at all cost. Don't take your car there. They don't own up to their responsibility and the worker will push the agenda its your fault and be rude and say I say I have ask these questions but the questions they are asking is to put all the blame on the customer. Take a pic before you go. Which is sad you have to do that these days.Mike's Carwash, Inc.

They offered me a one month of unlimited car washes. Little did I know that hidden in their terms and conditions, theyll turn that into a subscription and charge you $30/month until you notice on your bank statements. Took me 6 months to realize and they refused to refund me.They said its my fault for not checking my bank statements sooner. Completely shady.Mike's Carwash, Inc.

Hello, Mr* ***** entered into our Unlimited Program during one of our promotions that we were running. Mike's Carwash had provided a disclosure form detailing our terms and conditions at the time of signing up and a text message was sent out with a link to our terms and conditions. Mike's Carwash is only able to authorize a refund of up to 3 months, in which we had completed. We had advised Mr. ***** that he could dispute the rest if he was looking for additional compensation. I was never given a disclosure form, and in fact I was never told it was a subscription. The man told me it was a "one month" of unlimited car washes. The text message was a link from an unknown number. I do not click on links from unknown numbers. I believe this behavior from ****** Carwash is calculated, fully knowing people to not read terms and conditions. It's tricking people into entering into a subscription and hoping they won't notice. And by the time we notice, we've already paid them hundreds of dollars, which they refuse to refund. They know exactly what they're doing, and it is very deceptive.Review fromCandice B

Mike's Carwash, Inc.'s M.O. is to consistently say "We have screenshots and video footage of the customer's car prior to entering the carwash". They do not go further back to review previous footage of when the damage actually occurs. If you value your vehicle, do not go there!Mike's Carwash, Inc.

******* filed a claim with us on 6/15/24 regarding her Camry. We have gone back and reviewed video footage as far as our video footage will allow us which is April 8,2024 and we are seeing this damage on her Camry prior to her entering the carwash. To start off, not even a call back regarding my claim. The simply sent a letter in the mail with the weakest evidence they could use to defend their car wash scheme. Mikes car wash sent security footage from over 20 feet of distance away and the image is of extremely low/poor quality and theres absolutely no way based on this footage you could see. There was zero before and after comparison of the car windows that were damaged in which they purposefully did this to avoid making a repair. The workers there clearly saw the damage and how it was impossible to get the stain out of my window and got me a claim form quickly as if they experience damage claims daily. If this car was of true value, I would take a litigation route but its just simply not worth the time or effort. The hundreds of cars this monopoly of a car wash company damages yearly without any repercussions is truly a sin to their industry. The letter and footage they sent is laughable and truly a joke. I would not send a 200$ car from a junk yard through their ultimate wash as it damages your windows, paint, and gets water inside of your car.Review fromD. B.

Hello, Mr. ****** did file a claim and it was his engine cover that was coming off which is underneath his vehicle. This part does not get touched by any of our equipment unless it was already hanging down or was loose. and then it can unfortunately get further damaged. We can always walk Mr. ****** through our carwash and let him see that there is nothing inside the carwash that would touch up underneath his vehicle to damage this if he would like. The cover was not loose at all, stop trying to blame me. Your manager said it would be resolved and fixed at a dealership within days. You didn't even have the nerve to call me but instead sent me a letter through the mail.
